Nick B was so patient and kind with me. I know enough about computers to be very dangerous and frustrated. I had spent two days organizing my home desk so I could get some work done. I'm sure they do help people but in my experience, I was given advice that I'd already seen elsewhere for free. I was charged a £1 sign up fee and immediately charged a £29 monthly fee. Why would anyone want a monthly subscription? I've had to ask them to cancel this but have paid £30 for nothing.
Most people want one off support. This element is a bit of a con. People should be careful.
