In my faulty interpretation of some advice, where I misunderstood how I thought my recordings could be restored, I lost my current recordings from the recorder's hard drive. This is disappointing, but due to my lack of technical savvy. Nick was most helpful and professional.

I am 78 years old I had difficulty…
I am 77 years old I had difficulty trying to cancel My Heritage so I used this website for help they did help me solve the problem .as well as the £1 charge It stated when your put through to an expert. Because they had my card number the also took a further £29.50 I knew nothing about that. Until I checked my account.Always check first the full cost before you go ahead. I will have to put this one down to experience.
