Hello Anca,
You placed an order on 10/17/21. We completed it in 8 working days (maximum production time is 10) and shipped it 27th of October, with Royal Mail Special Next Day delivery. According to the tracking information, the package was delivered on the 28th of October.
For others reading this, we found out that Anca did not receive her order only from this review. She didn't contact us immediately as soon as a problem arose to quickly resolve it. According to Anca, neither she nor any of her colleagues received the package. In our practice, this is the first time that a parcel sent by a special delivery requiring a signature upon receipt was handed over to someone other than what is written on the shipping label. We contacted the client to find a way out of this situation but she refused our help.
We are a small business and are attentive to the fulfillment of each order. We don't deceive our clients, we run our business honestly and value our reputation.

Beautifully crafted and oozes quality.
Every now and then we buy something special and know instantly that we have made the right decision. I updated my series 2 Apple watch to the latest series 7 and wanted a special strap. I chose the Britannic Whiskey and am delighted with it. A gorgeous brown leather which will only improve with age. Beautifully crafted and oozes quality.

Love the watch strap. It’s really well made and very high quality. They were really helpful and let me do a custom order where my connectors were black but the buckle was silver

Brilliant. Worth the money.
strap arrived today, it’s lovely. Just perfect. Slight delay in shipping to a logistics issue but I was kept up to date on the progress. Worth the little wait for it for sure. Love the personalisation as well, especially as it’s so low key
