Really great customer service
Really great customer service; my dog loves an antler and I’ve been purchasing from Antler Chew since he was a puppy. I now have a regular subscription and I emailed to request a specific shape of antler which suits my dog better. I received a response the same day and the team have noted my order to make sure I get the best shape for my dog. I’d definitely recommend.

Exceeded expectations 1st class customer service
I messaged this company for advice, well into the evening on a Friday night not expecting a reply until possibly Monday. Instead I had an almost instant reply to my questions and when I later realised I'd made a mistake on my order they corrected that for me too. 1st class customer service, very impressed! so glad I signed up to a subscription

Fabulous long chew sticks
Bruno our working cocker spaniel is a prolific chewer. Very impressed with the the antler chewing stick found within the introductory pack we bought to try out a selection of the products. He loves them - although to be honest he loves eating & chewing anything. Fabulous products- will buy the long chew sticks again. Fast delivery
