TLDR: Amazing Company
TLDR: Amazing company. Can't recommend highly enough, if I could give more than 5 stars I would.
Ok where do I even begin to sing this companies praises? I wrote a very detailed message about my dog to give them the most information I could, and boy did they deliver. So let me give you the same information I gave them (but a bit more condensed). I have a large 32kg dog who doesn't really chew much at all, but I'm keen for her to get more into it. I struggled finding antlers that she would enjoy, trying to get her to select them herself to no avail. They actively selected antlers with more exposed marrow, but that were appropriately sized for my dog, including suggesting which one she would likely prefer the most, and let me say, they were spot on. Don't get me wrong, she's still not super into them, but this is more interest than I've gained from ANY of her other chews (and she has a lot of them). When this antler gets too small I will 100% be using this company again. They read my message, left hand written notes on the enclosed receipt, really went above and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer. They even said to let them know if she doesn't get on with them and they could exchange or refund the products, however even if she hated them (which she doesn't, she likes them both), I don't think I would have sent them back, because the company could not have done anything more, and that goes against my beliefs (though if she didn't like them I would happily send them back so they could be sold on to others, but wouldn't expect a refund). If your dog loves antlers, this is the perfect company.
