They wont let me release a 2 year old EP just because I dont have proof of owning the beats (they re not stolen, they re collabs with other producers that im not in touch with anymore) even tho the EP is posted on YT & SC without any copyright claims. STAY AWAY, distrokid is waaay better at this customer service thing.

I left this company from Soundrop, and let me tell you. they are actually worse.

I reviewed this company 5 stars when I joined however I take that back strongly.

Firstly the website. it is terrible, often crashes and releases will fail to submit, and there is no drafting option leaving you loosing your entire submission.

Almost every release you upload will be declined and rarely accepted. it usually is always them accusing you of using copyrighted content or samples when that is not the case. I would always need to contact them and wait days for a response for my release to go live, by that time the release is no longer editable and you need to make a new one.

I took an entire year break from music due to my mental health.

I thought i would start new year getting back into what I love and releasing more music.

Woke up this morning to an email stating both my releases had'nt been accepted and that my account had been SUSPENDED! Apparently there is a limit to how many of your releases get declined!

I have only made £8 in the entire 2 years, so I obviously havent used false streams, all my content / covers are true re-makes and do not contain any samples. - so why? suspended for no reason!

Do not use this barely functional company unless you want to make your hobby a total headache and stressful experience.

You also get what you pay for - so god I wish i did go with distrokid when I first started!

They first removed my version without any copyright claims, then kept these versions in stores where you are unlikely to see them for months, such as Yandex Music, and did not provide any income reports, then there was a $1000 report reflected in my account, when I tried to withdraw this money, this time they reduced my account balance to -$1300. Definitely the last place you want to work, stay away. Jonas is a big scammer.

I understand that people with 5k$ payouts need a manual review sometimes, but I made 170$ in the span of 1 year, and my payout has been pending for over a month now. I sent multiple support emails, truspilot reviews - nothing worked. No answer whatsoever.

Now I canceled my subscription which still is active for another 6 months - but my Wallet is empty all of a sudden! I it shows 0$ in my balance and there is no payout history anymore. I am glad I have screenshots and screenvideos of this, I will complain to the european consumer safety commission and my credit card provider and get a refund + site taken down in the EU. I suggest you do the same if you too have been scammed by this company.

Had no issues with features or uploading tracks. Only rating this 2 stars due to the horrendous customer service, and difficulty withdrawing royalties.
Each time I had tried to withdraw our royalties, the payment didn't work and I was forced to message the customer service. It then takes over 2 weeks to get a reply, and the replies usually don't fix anything.

I have tried now THREE times to withdraw royalties, and sent a message 3 weeks ago, not yet replied to.

Will NOT be recommending, and will NOT re-subscribe to this company. We will be choosing a new distribution service as soon as we receive the royalties.

Do not distribute with this website, they do not pay royalties.
I have over 2000$ stuck on their website, i had to write them several times cause the withdrawals were not being processed.
The only thing which changed was "processed", but the money never arrived

Upon trying to withdraw my remaining funds, the website says "Insufficient Funds". I already spammed their support and I get nothing!

The antijoy distribution platform is on point so much that i'd recommend it to all of my fellow musical content creating peers but the only downside is that you guys should extend your delivery to meta platforms i mean facebook and Instagram antijoy services are all on point but for me as a content creator that is a key factor so am giving it 4 stars

TERRIBLE support and a lot of problems. If your release wont come out, they woudn't tell you NOTHING about the problem. They don't respond to messages.

I hate this company! First, they rejected my release because my artist name is "too generic", and then once I changed it for them, three days later they rejected it again and said that my album cover does not match the 'metadata' of the album. So I fixed my album cover, but now it is not letting me submit it for review again, it's just saying that "something went wrong when trying to upload my artwork" -- it's given me this message five times now and I'm sick of it. I've heard good things about 'Amuse' music distributor but haven't got enough money for a subscription so I have to stick with this company. "Anti-Joy" indeed. This has been nothing but annoyance and anger. Please let me submit my release.

Anti-Joy is a very good site for me because it’s help me a lot for uploading my music to all stores for free but I’m not seen my music on Facebook and instagram and I think that I don’t have a maximum stream that’s why have not been paid

AJ is a better distribution platform have ever experienced. I like the way the mail and notify artist when there’s a problem. I trust their process. The only problem am facing is getting access to Spotify for artist. Finding it difficult to claim it. Have been ask to contact the admin of AJ to help me get access. This is Spotify feedback >>>We’ve taken a look at the info you added to your request, but we haven't been able to find your connection to the music on the Spotify artist profile you’re requesting access to. We'd recommend submitting a new request through the Spotify for Artists site or mobile app and pointing us towards another social media account or artist website that posts about your music and publicly lists your email address

Anti-Joy made my experience releasing my music mostly quick and painless! My first release was on most streaming platforms in a matter of days. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because getting one of my releases out was a bit of a challenge. It kept getting denied when in the review stage due to the version title and it would take a few days each time after making the changes before getting denied again. Other than that, very smooth experience and would highly recommend!

I love “Anti-Joy” because it make releasing music on Spotify and other music streaming platforms SO RASY! And no, they did not pay me to say this, it’s genuinely that good. And it also gets your music out there so fast! I highly recommend using “Anti-Joy”!
