We have been actively communicating with you throughout the entire process and have never denied your refund request. The delay was due to the package being returned through the courier's return process, which requires us to follow established protocols before a refund can be finalized. We have been transparent with you every step of the way.

We understand that waiting can be frustrating, but our 30-day return processing timeframe applies fairly to all customers. This policy allows us to verify returned packages and process refunds accurately. At no point did we refuse to assist you or tell you that you would not receive your money back.

We would, however, like to provide some additional context regarding your experience. From the beginning, we have been transparent in our communication and have remained committed to finding a fair resolution for you. Shipping delays are unfortunately outside of our direct control once an order is in transit or awaiting processing by the courier network.

Although we are unable to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped, we have never denied our customers the right to return their items. We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered, giving you ample time to decide whether you'd like to keep the product. If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you're welcome to return it in accordance with our return policy for a refund or choose one of the other options we make available.

Our goal has always been to make things right. That's why we offered solutions for your order and remained actively engaged throughout the process. We do not deny legitimate return or refund requests that meet our policy requirements, and we apply these policies fairly and consistently to every customer.

At no point do we deny eligible returns or refunds. We have a clearly stated 30-day return policy that applies fairly to all of our customers, and we remain committed to resolving concerns in accordance with that policy. We also provide multiple return options, including store credit with an additional 20% bonus and free return shipping, or a refund to the original payment method when applicable.

For your return, you were provided with the return instructions and access to our return portal. Our system processes returns based on the condition of the items received and the selected return option. Wat erg dat je bruine legging zo is binnengekomen en helemaal niet oké dat je meteen een gaatje zag. Dat hoort natuurlijk niet.

We willen dit graag netjes voor je oplossen.

Je kunt kiezen uit:
• kosteloos ruilen voor een nieuw exemplaar (eventueel andere maat/kleur), óf
• volledige terugbetaling. Stuur ons je ordernummer via info@antheiafit.com (vermeld “TP-Sophe”) of DM ons even, dan mailen we je direct een gratis retourlabel en zetten we dit meteen in gang.

Onze leggings horen juist zacht te zijn en met je mee te bewegen, als dat bij jou niet zo voelde, is er óf iets mis met dit exemplaar óf de maat.

We helpen je graag met persoonlijk maatadvies zodat je wél die comfy fit ervaart.

First, we did work to resolve your issue by refunding the duplicate order based on what you reported through Klarna. We understand the frustration around the payment plan difference, but payment terms are determined by Klarna at the time of checkout, and we do not have control over which plan is applied to each order.

Regarding the return of the shirt, our return policy is clearly stated as 30 days from the delivery date. In this case, the item was delivered over a month prior to your return request, and unfortunately, we cannot accept returns outside of that window. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and consistency for all of our customers.
