We had already met our genuine holiday rep. Having checked the contact name it mentioned Antalya Developments. Screams scam to me. Not a nice start to my holiday, aggressive behaviour, completely unprofessional

Меня познакомили со всеми этапами сделки, предупредили о плюсах и минусах всех предложенных вариантов. Дали возможность вникнуть во все нюансы и принять взвешенное решение о покупке. Но самое важное, это люди, работающие в компании, их внимание, такт и терпение, которое они проявили по отношению ко мне и членам моей семьи в такой волнительный период выбора недвижимости и непосредственно самой покупки.

This year I have bought a flat in Antalya with Antalya Development company. So I would honestly tell about my experience. I got their contact from my friend, who bought with them before. He gave me the number of Anastasiia, she is a general manager of company. She was very kind and payed attention of each single detail I was saying to her. So I explained them my story, my request, budget and we agreed about my coming to Antalya.

I flew from Norway. It was a long way. So company offered to meet me in the airport and send to hotel. Well, it was nice of them.

Next day the sales manager picked me up from my place, and the first thing we have done, we went to bank to create account, and same day transferred money from Norway to Turkey. Honestly in the beginning I didn't understand why we need to make account first, but In the end I understood how smart it was, because the transferring process took me a 2 days.

After we went to see some of them offers. We spent 2 days for viewing.

My Real estate agent Niyaz was also very patient, didn't push me, but gave useful advises.

I chose flat I want buy, its located in new area Altintas, as my request was to invest money. And this place is a great opportunity for that!

So in the end they assisted me in all steps of the purchase. Their company lawyer checked all documents from developer, they helped me to transfer the money to Turkish Bank account, get exchange document, apply for Title Deed.

In the end, I finished this deal for 5 working days. I came on Sunday evening, and on Friday I have already got Title Deed.

It was great experience working with you guys!!! Will recommend you to my friends!
