Plates of uneaten wasted food all around the place. Just awful

Due to tui ordering the transfer late we turned up got rushed through passport checks which was great got into the lounge in time to grab a coke and rush to the plane. But my main gripe is my suitcase went missing and finally turned at my house 3 days late with damaged tsa locks and over half of the contents stolen which will be dealt with by insurance companies. For a so called premium service to not make sure the case was not on my flight and not being rifled through I do personally hold this service responsible unless it can be proved otherwise.
There was 5 other families at Gatwick who also used this service who all had cases missing. It has left a very bitter taste with me and may cancel all future holidays and business to Turkie.

Worth the price for the fast track through security and check in, straight to the lounge. You use the diplomats entrance and there is no one there apart from you. Antalya airport is like a cattle market with crowds of people unable to find seats, sleeping on the floors etc, so was good to get away from all this. Would definitely recommend particularly if you have kids.

Lounge itself is just ok, food is pretty rubbish and coffee is terrible, but there are comfy seats and we had no issue finding a seat even at a busy time.

In April 2024 we took a package for faster passport control and baggage assistance on arriving at Antalya airport. It was something like €65 per person. Upon arrival we had to report to a counter where the agent decided to let all the crew members from the aircraft go first while we had been waiting for a while. Unfortunately we could not experience the VIP experience because we would have been faster with the normal passport control. So I would not recommend this for arriving!

Booking was straightforward and confirmed quickly. Payment process was easy. Using the CIP service meant that we were checked in as soon as check in opened. We were escorted through our own quieter security lane, and passport control. The lounge was peaceful, we could all sit together on comfortable seats. Light snacks and drinks were available in the lounge. Out in the main departure lounge we saw people sitting and sleeping on the stairs as this was the only place to set up a base as the terminal was so busy. This made it well worth paying for the CIP service.

Although good to get away from the bustle of the airport terminal , the lounge was packed , hardly room for sitting , food offering was max 2 star but what was worse was the appearance of people dressed like they’d come straight from the beach plus say 2 people taking up seating areas for 4 people , not a great impression for Amex gold / platinum cardholders.
Antalyacip which is a different entity has asked me to amend my review , if this doesn’t apply to antalyacip who had no connection to this lounge at the time of my visit then pls make no connection with antalyacip and whoever was operating the lounge , I hope this clarifies.

Great service as always, we booked through Kaden Group, as we where staying at the Cullinan Hotel, rather than the Maxx as we usually do.

With 3 young children all under 8, it is hassle free, quick and peace of mind.

Great value for money.

I've used CIP before having stayed at Regnum and Calista, but as I was staying at a different hotel we booked this through Kaden Group. After showing the QR code to the CIP person outside we were airside in 25 mins. This is actually the longest time it has taken me, quickest has been 14 mins but average is 20 mins.

Booking was easy and straightforward, no issues and recommend Kaden Group who are very professional and helpful, cannot fault them
