We used this telephone answering service for about a year as a temporary measure whilst we were restricted from being in the offices due to Covid restrictions and whilst we moved towards a permanent direct dial teams based solution. Sometimes the messaging could get a bit lost in translation however generally the service was pretty efficient and we would receive emails with details of the calls which allowed our staff to return calls quickly.

I have used AnswerConnect for around a year and I am delighted with the service, a great bolt on for an SME to use.

This company really do what they say. Andy Carruthers was an excellent contact who explained how the service could help my business. The lady who helped me with onboarding was brilliant and guided me all the way through set up. I had nothing to worry about and could easily see any customer enquiries I needed to follow up on. My business moved more online and telephone comms was very minimal and Andy recommended that the service could be halted whilst this was the case.
