Fantastic help
Komal is a calm lady, who explains everything as she works. Her work effict is friendly and helpful, proving additional advice on how to help yourself. Such a pleasure spending time with her as she works on my many knots. Fantastic.

Dhruti was absolutely amazing putting all of my issues and pain as priority. I’ve had 4 physios previously, and she has by far been the best, most helpful, knowledgeable. And easy and pleasant to talk to, I would highly recommend and would give more stars if I could.

Sessions have been ok and I have definitely seen improvement. The last session was really good and the work that was done on my knees really helped. I wish that had been done at an earlier session and not the last one.

Komal in Enfield has done a brilliant job in working on my lower pack pain and provided great guidance on using ice packs to help remove the tension. I would highly recommend her.
