I wasn't happy I had a man on the last visit especially when there was no one else around. Also when you turn up for an appointment you have to wait outside the building in the cold until they come and get you

The physio said she would send a letter to me to take to my doctor as I need to see a specialist. Over 2cweeks later I'm still waiting.

Had a 15 minute session with Sameera to…
Had a 15 minute session with Sameera to work on an arm muscle issue, and she was excellent. Took time to assess the injury and then the following treatment was great. She was really attentive and knowledgeable and put me at ease throughout the whole process.

Good physio experience.
After a workplace incident, I was referred to physiotherapy with Ann Physiocare for a number of sessions. The booking process was seamless, set up to make it easy to find the nearest centre. The physiotherapy treatment was very helpful in the healing of the neck and lower back strain I had.
Even more helpful was the follow-up advice received from my physiotherapist Komal Farooq, who was very personable and professional in her approach. She does her job soulfully and with good intent. She attended to me for about six weeks and genuinely cared for my recovery. I never felt she was absent-minded at any of the sessions, however busy the day had been for her. Komal is the quintessential Physiotherapist and does her job with spirit.
It is one thing to do a job for pay, the really good ones do the job because they find joy doing it or are just plain passionate about it.
Komal Farooq is a big plus to Ann Physiocare.

I cannot speak highly enough of the treatment I received from Sowmya Bandi at the Reading Green Park Clinic. The level of care and professionalism is exceptional, and the service remains consistently excellent as i continue my treatment.
I have been experiencing additional ailments alongside my original issue. An additional referral was arranged without delay via a online referral and a call with the Ann Physiocare support team who were equally excellent. My new assessment was seamlessly added to my existing booked appointment, which made the whole process incredibly efficient and stress-free.
Overall, I am receiving great care as my treatment continues, highly recommend service provider.

I saw Kajal Yadav at the Harrow clinic
I saw Kajal Yadav at the Harrow clinic. Very helpful and professional; she identified the issue with my shoulder within minutes. The treatment was uncomfortable at first due to tenderness near the joint but it feels so much better now!

While in treatment I was under the care of Neha Gautam and I can say there was exceptional communication with details of injury prevention treatment, any questions I asked was answered fully and just really happy with the outcome in general with dates and out of care practises I been shown. 10/10.
