I lost a necklace that was a gift from my parents and it was sold out everywhere with no visibility of when it may come into stock. Shanelle, in customer service, went to the effort to find one of the last ones available and shipped it out to me! Could not have asked for more and am so happy to have the necklace again! Such beautiful quality of jewellery.

I have shopped at Annoushka for a number of years and have several pieces of jewellery from them including rings, ear rings, pendants with chains and bracelets.
In Dec I was wearing a ring that was around 3 years old when the central stone fell out.
I contacted Annoushka who told me to take it in for repair which I did.
Apparently it was analysed by their repairs department who advised the ring had been hit and also apparently caught on something. It is a cocktail ring that I wear infrequently, I have never hit it and I have never caught it on anything, however Annoushka would not believe me and although they have now repaired the ring I have been charged.
I’m afraid to wear it now (although the stone looks different and more secure than previously).
Although I love the designs and bought several pieces a year I will no longer be shopping there.
The pieces are not the quality for the prices charged.
Since my experience I have come across other reviews saying the same thing.
What a shame!

Would like to thank Annoushka especially Shanelle for sorting out the issue I had with my order.
The issue was caused by me, not looking at what I ordered.
Shanelle arranged for a special one off order, specially made, to allow us to receive the product we required.

I ordered a pendant during the Archive Sale. A week later (Annoushka website states that the orders are dispatched within 48 hours, by the way) the order was canceled with zero communication from Annoushka. Two emails I sent them (first inquiring about the status of my order and then about the reason for the cancellation) have gone unanswered.

For such an expensive jewelry boutique, the customer service is absolutely atrocious. I have gotten much better communication from fly-by-night eBay sellers when buying ten-dollar items.

I like the design of Annoushka's jewelry, and I would have probably become a repeat buyer, but my first experience of actually buying from them was bad enough that I won't be trying to purchase anything else from them anymore. And I'll be sure to tell anybody else I know not to buy from them either.

I have been a loyal customer of Annoushka for about a decade, I loved their unique designs and customer service used to be high standard. But the latest online shopping experience has completely changed my thought over them.

I have placed an order which was shown as 'ready to ship' with next day delivery service, so I was hoping to receive it really soon.
But after over a week, the order was still not shipped.

I contacted them via live chat on the website, trying to find out when the order can be sent, but there was no reply.
I have contacted them via email multiple times on different days, but they did NOT bother responding AT ALL.

12 days later, they Cancelled my order, without giving any reason.
And of course, I am still waiting for their response to my emails.

Utterly disgusted by how they treat the customers nowadays, this is very disappointing and shockingly unprofessional.

The worst customer experience I've ever had! I placed an order for Hoop Earrings on 8th January with next day delivery. I received no delivery confirmation so 5 days later I sent an email asking what had happened to my order. I received no reply. Then I called the shop and was told that someone would look into it and call me back. Nobody called back. Frustrated I left a message on Instagram and got reply that they were going to locate my order. I heard nothing for the next 5 days. I didn't know what to do so I left another message on Instagram. Today they cancelled my order. No explanation, no apology. I have no idea why. And all that time my order was showing as "ready to ship" on the website. Very unprofessional and disappointing!

Easy experience for requesting an amended version of a charm and great communication with very fast delivery. Thanks again - they are beautiful!

I bought a pair of drops in the sale but was not completely happy with the colour when they arrived. Shanelle helped me exchange them for a different colour. It was all so smooth, safe and I was treated with utmost care and loveliness.

We visited Annoushka - Bicester store last Saturday. We had never experienced such terrible customer service. There were 2 staff there and one was serving and the other staff was busy with things. We looked around the diamond rings and another customer came in after us. The staff became available but walked past us to serve the lady who came after us. That's fine, may be she thought we're just looking. We were interested in 2 diamond rings but there was no description about the rings, just a price against each ring. I was wondering if they're white gold or platinum. I don't know too much about diamond rings but my husband wanted to get me one for our 30th wedding anniversary. We were very shocked for such over reaction when I asked her what material the rings were. She said,"this is of course white gold, not plated etc, if you want plated, you should go to Pandora, Dior!" May be we were not well dressed enough and she thought we wouldn't be able to afford it? Wasting her time?! Anyway we are not prepared to spend so much money on a special gift with such terrible customer service and rude staff. We will buy it elsewhere. In a way I'm glad we didn't buy it here after reading so many negative reviews.

My experience with this company was terrible. The customer service is very poor. I ordered something on Saturday and selected next day delivery thinking that the latest it would be sent out would be the Monday but 3 days later it’s not sent out so I won’t have it in time for the occasion I wanted it for. Cancelled the order and won’t be buying from this amateur company again. So frustrating because if they had said that at time of order I would have bought something else but now it is too late. So annoying.

I'm doing the annoushka thing where you buy something on annoushka and then you make profit or something everyday and the first I got my profit like sayd but the second I didn't get it. I haven't tryd to withdraw anything yet so don't know if I'll get my money as said. To contact my manager on the app also doesn't work. It gives me an error so I'll only give 2 stars until things get better and when I getmy money also as said.

Last week, I telephoned to make an enquiry on evil eye necklace. I spoke to Clare, left my details and it's been over a week and no reply. I was told that I will hear from them in 1 week. Disappointed as I don't won't to chase them up.

Update on my customer experience with Claire-Mitchell. After posting a disappointing review, I can honestly have to upgrade my experience from 1 star to 5 star . Claire-Mitchell went above expectation and was very professional to answer all my queries and promptly replied to my emails.

I now have a few Annoushka pieces and I love them all. I had a recent issue with a set of earrings and Claire-Michell from customer services responded extremely promptly and went above and beyond to deal with my concerns. Within a few days the issue was rectified and I am beyond impressed with this company’s level of customer service as well as their beautiful jewellery. Many thanks.

A chain I ordered a few months ago unfortunately broke. I contacted Annoushka customer service and got a reply the same day, They organised for the chain to be collected the same day and they replaced it within the next 2 weeks.
Shame the chain broke only within a few months, especially because it wasn't cheap but I cannot fault the customer service. Special thank you to Sanaz from Annoushka, she was great and kept me informed at every step of the process.

I have quite a few pieces from Annoushka because I love their designs but I got some earrings with a hook for a pendant which are super uncomfortable so I tried to get help in the shop and the sales assistant told me I was wrong so I contacted customer service who could see that the hook restricts the space for your ear lobe but told me that was not a problem for wearability - it is! It’s extremely uncomfortable and leaves marks on your ears, I can’t wear them very long at all before I want to take them off. The post just isn’t long enough to accommodate the hook and your ear love. They did offer to change the post but at my cost. I am pretty gutted as they were very expensive.
