Hi Beverley, sorry to see that your item had not been delivered. I can see that you ordered on Sunday 8th and that we posted it with Royal mail on Monday 9th. I would have espected it to have been received by now. I shall send you a replacement item, as can only assume it has been lost in the post. I'll email a new RM reference for the replacement parcel. x

Dog urine smells are gone!
I have a dog who often pees in the night. Even after mopping with bleach, I felt I could still smell it faintly.
I found the Odour Kill online and thought it was worth a try. It came very quickly.
It can be diluted to use in the mop bucket and I have also put some in a spray bottle to use in the bathroom.
Urine smells are gone and I like the bubblegum scent.
I actually think this is what my vet surgery uses, because it's a similar smell and I'm always impressed that their surgery smells so fresh.

Good company, time will tell about the product
Too early to say whether this will help my elderly husky, but delivery was prompt and well packaged. Delivery was not a bad price, though on the website there was mention of an extra charge from the courier which was strange. Great communication , kept up to date with despatch and delivery notifications . Will be buying more in the future.
