My wife used the free demo and closed the account; subsequently, we were charged for a full year. We called to cancel, yet the following year we were charged again without authorization. We filed complaints several times, but they merely sent an email stating that they would not charge us again, but that they would not refund the money because their cancellation policy does not provide for it.

Have been using Animaker for six months. The video generator has saved me a lot of time and the templates are good. Being able to customise my characters has been brilliant. The customer support has been very good. I had a technical issue and there team recovered my video, saving me two days of work. 5 Stars.

Super great app. Easy for beginners and also great tool. Customer support were so helpful and quick!

The service is beautifully presented and showcased

I can’t say enough good things about the support team at Animaker. Every time I reach out, they’re kind, patient, and genuinely invested in helping. It really feels like they care, and that makes such a difference. Amazing service!

Ive been using Animaker for creating animated Interactive videos and presentations as an alternative to a boring powerpoint presentation. The platform is very beginner friendly and all the functionalities on the site make creating a professional video feel like a breeze. Also I've had great experiences with customer service when I needed help, especially with Kishore. He went above and beyond to answer my questions. I've tried to use other platforms similar, but I can confidently say that animaker is my favorite.

Animaker is a great program for creating videos. User-friendly. I have used Animaker for almost a year. Great tutorials. And, great customer service and support.

the animaker is good specially for those who donot hve much time to spend creating cartoon and all.

Overall the animation is very good. I had some some issues with assets not appearing in exports, but they kindly resolved that and recognised the inconvenience it had caused me. I'm very grateful to Rufus who handled the issue.

I had issues accessing my account, once contacted they immediately sorted the issue. Thanks guys, great work!

Good . And impressive

When you want your video to have that certain 2D look but donʻt want to pay for the other 2D site. Give Animaker a try. There are lots of templates on various topics, and quick tutorials to figure out how to make your video pop. The animations and motion paths are fun to add to your video without too much effort. Its pretty simple to use. You can upload your assets, customize fonts, if you want to add those too. I appreciated the customer support and follow up. There is a free trial. Check it out.

Good tool for animation as well as white board. Definitely recommend it to anyone

We received really fast and great support from Animaker 3.0, who helped us to download our video when we weren't able to. Thanks again!

It’s super easy to use and problem free

YOU SUCK, EVERYTHING IS AI, ALMOST EVERYTHING AN ANIMATOR NEEDS IS RESTRICTED BEHIND PAYWALLS, FREE PLAN IS LIMITED AND YOU CAN'T EVEN DRAW SEPERATE FRAMES, THATS THE ENTIRE POINT OF ANIMATING, DRAWING THE FRAMES, NOT GETTING RANDOM ASS CHARACTERS, PASTING THEM AND GIVING THEM A RANDOM ACTION/SMARTACTION OR SMARTMOVE, EVERY SINGLE BIT, OF THIS PLATFORM, MAKES ME WANT, TO BURN MY EYES WITH MASALA AND CHILLI, EVEN YOUR TUTORIALS SUCK, HOW DO YOU MESS UP THE TUTORIALS BRO, THE TUTORIALS ARE BASIC THINGS YOU NEED WHENEVER YOU'RE ANIMATING, NOT JUST NORMAL BASIC, I MEAN BASIC BASIC, LOWEST LEVEL OF BASICNESS I SWEAR THE TUTORIALS BARELY HELP, ITS STUFF THAT EVERYONE KNOWS HOW TO DO ALREADY.
