Bad experience, had to pay extra to get what i already paid for which is not legal since i already paid for the product and the website had it available but i was told then it was not available in stock. Overall very bad

Impressive product line up, high end customer service level
Very well impressed with their product line up, item handling and professionalism their staff employs. It may have taken some time to deliver my PC case only because I live in Dubai and there was a little issue with the delivery time, Ibrahim handled it like a champ and made sure the specific time Im available to pick up has been followed. Im sure that if they have what I need for my PC upgrade, ill choose to buy from Anigma Technologies again. Its worth the wait.

I recently purchased a PC from Anigma and overall, I am very pleased with my experience. The performance of the PC is impressive, handling all my tasks smoothly and efficiently. Anigma’s customer service was exceptional—they were responsive and helpful throughout the process.
One minor downside is that some of the wires inside the case are exposed, which isn't ideal. However, this is a small issue and doesn't significantly affect the overall quality of the build.
In conclusion, my experience with Anigma was positive, and I would recommend their PCs to anyone looking for good performance and great customer service.

Best company for PC's and accessories
100% best gaming/pc company in the uae, got my custom built pc in 2 days and it was fully built and ready to plug in, they also give you the motherboard box with ssd and more to show you it's the legit company's and not fake versions. The customer support was just as good, patience, respectful, understanding, and very good overall.

The customer has the right to accept or cancel the order, and the refund is done immediately and reflected in your card within 1 to 3 working days.
After investigation, we checked the conversation between you and the agent, and you have approved the change
Regarding the delivery time, as written before ordering and after the order confirmation on the website, its 5 working days, and we have compared the order date and delivery date, it was made on time, on the 5th working day
Our delivery time frame depends on the product, and we try always to improve this in general

Aweful experience to buy an expensive PC
1- PC was not stress tested as mentioned in website. I stress tested the CPU and its reaching 90 degrees celsius.
2- ramadan gift was not included with delivery although i reminded an emloyee on a phone call. Had to pay 22 aed for gift bag delivery afterwards.
3- cables management is really bad.

We are sorry to hear that, we really like to have the best service in the market, however, sometimes issues happen and we always take the responsibility.
1- We need to take it back and investigate, all our PCs were stress-tested before shipping, we need to know if the 90c is just a spike while heavy load or its constant, we need also to know the Idle CPU temperature, so please we need to check at the workshop
2- We have checked your order, Ramadan Bag need to be added to the cart, and the order has been created without Ramadan bag, that's why we shipped it after your original order has been dispatched
3- For the cable management issue, we need to have a picture to see what is the issue, please share it with our support email or whatsapp

Great after sales support!
I had a problem with a Samsung screen that delaminated 16 months after purchase. I contacted Anigma support to inquire about the manufacturers warranty and within a day they had arranged for a courier to collect the screen and be repaired. Service was friendly with good communication throughout the process to keep me informed as to what was happening. Excellent support. Well done!
