Good customer service and delivery updates. I had a query close to the time of release which was answered quickly and I appreciate that the package tracking link was emailed. The packaging was also adequate for the product.

You can always trust AniFigz! I've been their customer for a long time, and they always ship things quickly and safely, with a pretty wide selection of figures to order and pre-order.
I only had to contact their support once due to an address change for a pre-order a couple of years ago, and they replied very quickly to resolve the issue.

Preordered a while back and honestly forgot about it due to the wait time being over a year, which I knew about since I preordered when the figure dropped lmao! But they still sent my figure out in 2025 like promised and the condition is great! Delivery was also super fast and packaging kept the original figure box from being damaged too!
I'm always nervous about preordered from sites I've never used before since it's a lot of money if you get scammed, but I can confirm they are legit!

First time purchasing from Anifigz and im really happy with the experience. The pricing is great and the shipping was very fast. The box was labelled fragile and the item was packaged with plenty of airbags to prevent damage to the box. Bought a figurine on a whim, in a sale, for cheap. Like, REAL cheap. Still came boxed up good and tight, securely packaged, marked as fragile... And very quickly, too! All in all just a solidly good customer experience. Will definitely be using these guys for future purchases and preorders.

I've used AniFigz multiple times and have never had a problem with them. Figures are dispatched on time (assuming suppliers keep to their release dates!) and are always well packaged. I've never even had so much as a dented box which is obviously very desirable for collectibles like these.

The web site works well, and I like being able to put down a small deposit to secure a figure that won't be released for several months. It's also nice and easy to log into your account and see what you have pre-ordered so don't get carried away! :)

Note that AniFigz do seem to build a bit of slack into the estimated release dates, i.e. they might estimate a later date than the vendor does. I assume that's based on their experience of how often that vendor manages to hit their release dates, and is done to avoid disappointing their customers. This seems like a smart move to me, especially when people may be buying these items as gifts (as I usually am).

I've used a few other suppliers of Anime figures in the UK, and AniFigz have by far been the best. It's not like the other guys were terrible, but there were sometimes unexpected delays or they were insufficiently packaged and damage has occurred. I've never had any such issues with AniFigz, and have never even had any reason to contact their customer service.

Overall, I can't recommend these guys highly enough.
