I purchased a Microcat HD in June ‘26
I purchased a Microcat HD in June ‘26.
Never having one before I had a few queries, which the team sorted out promptly.
The boat is absolutely superb, very impressive.
Unfortunately I had an issue where the lifting handle came off.
I contacted the team, arranged for the boat to be returned for a warranty repair.
The boat was collected on Tuesday morning and returned Friday morning, repaired ready to go.
I think you only find out how good a company is when you have an issue. In this case it’s 10/10.

Brought a present for a birthday two…
Brought a present for a birthday two weeks before nearly missed birthday as DPD tried to deliver the package but the driver was scared of heights twice I let him in via the entry phone and twice he canceled I don't think he wanted to go to the 11th floor. After speaking with angling techniques when they receive the package back they sent it next day with Royal Mail which I appreciate as I made the birthday parties
