I got my desk for my office I put the wrong as address and with in 24hrs they phoned me and asked for my address and then I was chatting with someone for a new invoice and they changed the invoice straight away and sent it over, and also kept me up to date with delivery, the desk as easy to put up and fits nicely in my office.

Terrible site. They even tried leaving my review. The cheek. Where do I start. They say uk based but ther warehouse is in Switzerland. 48 hrs delivery. Yea once it gets to the UK. Still not sure about that as still haven't received it yet. No international tracking given. I asked why royal mail were saying still haven't received it. Then asked the company they kept giving me royal mail tracking . Only today they've told me its not lost its coming from Switzerland. I payed on the understanding it was 48hr delivery and was in stock in the UK. All lies. Now they tried giving ther own review. Stay well clear. They've offered no compensation or ways to put any off this right. Just said very flippantly leave a bad review. They don't care

I ordered a cabinet on line,payment made and accepted. I received a confirmation email and a receipt. I was waiting for a delivery date. The next day I received an email stating that my order was cancelled and the refund paid to my credit card.No explanation was offered as to why the order was cancelled. I telephone on two occasions the call automatically went to voice mail.On both occasions I left a message with my phone number asking for someone to get back to me I still have nothad a y response. I then sent an emails to customer finally I received a WhatsApp message saying that the item is still available for sale and if I was still interested to click on the link that they sent me.I did click on the link and only then I understood why the order was cancelled they had increased the price.
This company should realise that I purchased an item that they were advertising on Wairfair for a particular price. They should have honored that order and not cancell without not even an explanation. I have decided not to take the matter further, even though I know I have a good case. Instead I will not order anything from this company again.I will also instruct families and friends not to purchase anything from this company as they are not fair or honest.
I have since purchased the item from a reputable company.

Product arrived was a cheaper version of different design to the one shown when ordered. Notified Anglia Market, received email asking for photographs, did that...have heard nothing since. Poor service and misleading sales. Have now had reply from Anglia Market on Trust Pilot. They state that the product sent is the one on the Web page.. Not the case, I have the Web page that shows multiple pictures of a more superior product completely. They also say I failed to mention they are in email contact. Other than the first message requesting photographs from, which as I said I sent, I have had no further email replies since. So, thanks for the sarcastic answer Anglia, but wrong on both counts.
