Money lost
I placed my order because it was stated that the delivery would arrive before my wedding. After contacting the seller, I was told it would not arrive on time, so I had to buy an alternative. In the end, the item arrived just one day before the wedding, but the seller refuses to cover the return shipping costs and item value. Now I’m not receiving any response from customer service at all. I even don't receive their address in order for me to send the goods back by myself. Very disappointing and unreliable communication. Over 230 USD are lost now.
