I accidentally added the wrong delivery address at checkout. I contacted Ando customer service and they responded within 2 hours (on both email and instagram) and managed to change the address for me in time. My items arrived the next day and we loved them. Very impressed with a speedy response and fix.

Ordered on the 3rd March, chased after 2 weeks (should have been a day or two delivery).
Then we chased and were told it would be here in the next few days.
Chased again on March 23rd and have been told it would be arriving on Thursday.
It's just poor service.

Terrible service, no communication and it doesn't look like I'm going to be receiving anything. I order a lot of things and I've never experienced anything as bad as this.
Looks as though the majority of people have had a bad experience too - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Almost a week later, no tracking number, no shipment update.
Avoid this place.

A follow up to my earlier review:
Despite the issues with the courier (it’s not Ando’s fault), I will say that customer service was great. They always responded to my emails within the stated 2 business days. I was just frustrated that when I called DPD and they told me that seller never raised an issue and being told that I, the buyer couldn’t do anything and so not knowing what was going on as it had taken 2 business days for you respond to my concern, it was just frustrating. In the end you resent all the items (you didn’t need to as it was not the store’s fault but out of goodwill), I really appreciate it. I now have the items!
If I may though as a feedback, please update your international delivery timeline on the website - it says 2-4 business days but it actually took 8 business days (item was first scanned on 21 Nov and I received it on 2 Dec). After monitoring the journey of the parcel closely, I don’t know how it could take 4 or even 2 business days! It gave the wrong expectation to the customer about when items will be delivered.
I apologise for my earlier negative review. I look forward to shopping more from Ando in the future.
Ordered 2 x art prints for my daughter's bedroom. Products did not match the description. However, Ando were really responsive at resolving the issue and I am very impressed with their customer service. They also updated the description on their website promptly, and clarified their refund policy.
Thank you for such good customer service.
What a lovely company with such a variety of different items to purchase. The customer service is also spot on. There was a delay with my shipment but Clare from customer service was so helpful and kept me in the loop at all times.

I ordered an adult gilet a week ago. Their website, customer service and email comms claim dispatch should happen within 1-2 working days. It has been a week since I ordered and has yet to be shipped. When I contacted customer service they said they can't see any issues and it should ship soon. I'm still waiting.

I’ll admit I was worried this store was a scam when my order took much longer than expected to arrive, and after reading some of the trustpilot reviews. Thankfully it is absolutely not a scam. The customer service was actually really good. My order took longer than expected as I ordered art prints which are dispatched from the artist direct. Thank you for the great customer service and staying true to your word.

Awful - ordered an item but tracking / ordered status link doesn't work. Emailed the team for an update. No response & item still hasnt been dispatched although they claim items go out next day by 2pm.
Avoid - as the other review suggest too.

AVOID! SCAM! Paid extra £8.99 for Saturday Delivery on Thursday passed midnight. Still hear absolutely nothing on Monday. They provide a Tracking link but the link is broken. Of course has no response from their email.

I brought a painting with frame für 150€ and it came without frame. I contacted the shop but never got an answer, only on instagram. They said they would send me the frame, i just had to wait a litte bit. But the frame never came.. at least I got the money back, but still very expencise for just a picture. Regret buying there
