I absolutely love Dr Aykan and this clinic. They really listened to what i wanted and made me feel like family. I have been looked after extremely well. Obviously with surgery you are going to have pain. But they have made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I am heading back to New Zealand to recommend him to everyone. Truly a surgical magician :)
I came from Kentucky, USA, to have surgery with Dr Aykan for a mommy makeover. Whenever I began the process of trying to find a surgeon it was overwhelming and difficult to know what was a legit operation. After a couple of months, many quotes and consults I decided to go with Dr Aykan. Of course, there are different challenges with traveling abroad but there are also so many benefits. Dr Aykan and his team were excellent in helping me and making me feel comfortable. I traveled to Turkey alone and had a huge surgery and they really looked out for me. They are all very kind and the results were better than expected!
Dr. Aykan really listened to me and took the time to understand the results I was hoping to achieve. He is friendly, caring, thorough, and attentive throughout the entire process. He follows through on what he says and makes you feel heard and cared for. I appreciated his approach and the confidence he gave me throughout my experience.
First of all Wow! 🤩 for over all of my experience from the journey to surgeon until the last day of final date I am delighted with all the whole process and procedure the team 10/10 they have looked after of me very well i could’t be happier.the surgeon did surgery of my nasal he did not just shaped of my nose but he saved of my future health i am now fully be able to breath out as normal after around 30 yrs i’ve been struggle of breathing out on my left nasal. also they changed my nose shape which it look very suitable with my face shape i am so so happy with the results 🥰💕this is exactly the surgeon I’ve been research for years until I made decisions. ! Extremely distressing experience – multiple surgeries, no improvement, photos used without consent
I am writing this review to warn others and to share my genuine experience with Doç. Dr. Andaç Aykan and his clinic in Istanbul.
I travelled to Turkey and paid a total of £9000 for multiple facial procedures including endoscopic temporal lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, fat transfer and related procedures. I was promised clear improvements and a more lifted, defined result.
Unfortunately, after five surgeries, there has been no visible improvement. Other qualified doctors have since reviewed my case and confirmed that the expected surgical changes are not present.
When I raised my concerns, the clinic became defensive, stopped engaging properly and ultimately refused any refund or corrective action. Their only response was that the “treatment was completed as required”.
To make matters worse, my before/after photos were posted on their social media without my consent, despite me clearly stating that I did not agree to my images being shared. When I confronted them, I was told they “liked the result and wanted to show it”.
I later travelled to Istanbul to request my medical records in person. Instead of cooperating, the clinic called the police and had me removed.
I have since been blocked from their platforms and my negative reviews and comments were removed.
This experience has caused me significant emotional distress, financial hardship and loss of confidence. I took out a loan to pay for these surgeries and am now left with debt and no improvement.
I strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to do very thorough independent research and seek multiple opinions before proceeding.
