Efficient and prompt service, no problems whatsoever. My films were processed with no issues other than perhaps being a little over developed, the negs are a tad dense - but I am being a bit "picky".... Se mere

Skrevet af virksomheden
Started by Paul and Mary in 2018, Analogue Wonderland has grown to be a leading online retailer and photo lab for photographic film: we exist to make film photography fun and accessible for everyone! We stock over 200 different films, so there's always lots for analogue photographers to explore, and we support the small independent film manufacturers who are working hard for the future of the industry. We are still a small family-run business, operating from our Buckinghamshire base, so your feedback and reviews are invaluable to help us understand and improve our service!

We do not feel it was very clear that you do not get prints even when on receipt it saying colour prints. All you get is downloaded images sent to an email and the have to print them yourself. I thought the whole point of disposable camera was for quick easy prints. Was very disappointed.

Hi Warren, on our website we try to state as clearly as possible that prints are not included with any disposable cameras that are sent in - however i know you placed your order through Praktica so I'm unsure how clear it was made on their website.
Sending scans is generally the standard for modern film labs - and we do have options to purchase prints should you want them done - we offer a 50% off discount if you purchase more than 30.

Customer Service
The customer service here is absolutely amazing, I had sent film in to be developed and they kept me updated the whole way and when there was a delay that may have affected the deadlien I was on I reached out and they bumped me in rhe queue to get me my photos asap. Am very very pleased as per usual, they have a great app, great products, the film development was great and very affordable. Special shoutout to Hakeem who helped me out the whole way and even wished me well on my project, will definetely be defaulting to analogue wonderland for all my film and development needs, they never fail to impress me. Thos company is the entire reason I havent made the final switch to digital in the rising cost and drama that comes with film photography. Thank you giys so so much!!

I go nowhere else!
I have been using AW since I restarted film photography. I am so happy with them. The last 2 rolls I sent in came back super quick and they were even kind enough to put my negs from the photowalk in with them when they were sent back.
