Amy’s teaching style is both professional yet down to earth, not to mention easy to follow. She explains each step so well, breaking it down in a way that has me realise “oh yeh, I can actually do this!” There’s really no other like Amy Levin for learning all things raw chocolate & healthful plant based desserts 👌🏼 she’s the best! Addicted now to her livestreams, I’m learning so much, which Im using now in my raw desserts business (both new techniques and recipes) which is slowly helping me increase my customer base, and as I upgrade my skills, people are noticing.
I also have both of Amy’s online dessert courses (Raw desserts at Home & Modern Raw Desserts) which are truly awesome in their own right with so much valuable content. Amy is also very supportive with any questions you may have so It’s a win-win learning with Amy :) 100% recommend 🙌🏼

I had the pleasure to study with Amy both in person in a private workshop and I also attanded a few of her online courses and livestreams.
I love the way Amy teaches!
She is very clear with the explanations, very generous with giving all the little tips and tricks that helps you get excellent results when making the products later, you get to watch her live and ask questions and also a very detailed recipe book of all the recipes of the class.
You can always come back and ask a question about what was learnt and you will get an answer. No matter what your level of experience is, she will ask you to ask all of your questions and will want to make sure you get everything you need to go ahead on your own.
Other than her professional teaching skills, Amy is soooo creative and has these amazing skills that I find rare in the vegan chocolatier classes and studies.
If that wasn't clear by now, Amy is my favorite teacher and I feel greatful that I can learn from her so many things that make me a better and more professional chocolatier!

I discovered Amy Levin's Raw Desserts at Home online course at the start of the pandemic, when a friend noticed I was looking for inspiration around preparing vegan and gluten free treats for my new dessert business, and suggested I look her up. I had no previous experience, but enjoyed making raw treats for my kids as a healthy alternative to the conventional sugary/white flour options. Watching Amy was fun in itself, but then trying to put her recipes to the test was another thing. I was quite apprehensive at first (who knew one could be scared in the kitchen??), but decided to give it a try anyway. I was immediately blown away by the Nutella cheesecake, as were my friends and family. I have also taken several of Amy's online live classes (which are recorded, a great bonus) and continue to enjoy learning new recipes and ideas. Amy's creative use of ingredients and flavour combinations won me over. As time went by, and with Amy's encouraging students to experiment and tweak recipes that will suit them, my confidence grew and I was no longer scared to try more complex recipes. I am proud to run my own vegan and gluten free business, which has been well received by customers and look forward to learning more from Amy.

Amy is a great teacher, pastry chef and pioneer in raw and vegan pastry.
I learnt from her back in 2015-2016 already avant-garde techniques and ingredients in raw cuisine and I am witnessing the same constant level of quality and innovation being delivered now aswell.
I wholeheartedly recommend her as a teacher, inspiration and badass pastry chef!

I wanted to learn new skills, which were adaptable and that is exactly what I got from Amy's classes and so much more.
Amy provides amazing techniques and tips, her recipes are so good ( as taste so good ! ) and are really fun to make.
I keep going at them, sometimes keeping it to the letter, sometimes improvising a little across her recipes and I am never disappointed, nor are the people who eat my desserts.
Lastly, Amy's personality and sense of humor add to the experience, which I cannot recommend enough!

If you have any questions, directly related to the course or otherwise, she always answers them for you. Her recipes are all delicious and I have had no problems replicating them at home - the only problem is not eating them all at once!

Amy explains everything involved in making chocolates in an easy, friendly way, offering adjustments for those of us that don't have professional kitchens. She also keeps the novice in mind by explaining why she recommends particular sweeteners, techniques, ingredient combos, types of chocolate molds, etc.
And, her recipes are delicious!
