Neelam Husain was brilliant from start to finish of taking over my file.
There was never a time that I didn’t hear back immediately or when ringing, I was always called back or emailed with updates. All other members of staff under Neelam were also really lovely and helpful.

The only reason I have given 4 stars is because my case was handled by another solicitor at first who left with out notice and I was emailing with out any idea she had left and my file wasn’t picked up for just over 2 weeks. I do feel this had a domino affect on the time taken to get my sale over the line. However as above Neelam was great once picked up.

Just for AMT in general some feedback would be to ensure there is a contingency plan for if someone does leave like my original solicitor. So that files are continued to be handled.

I would have liked to give 3.5 but hey ho. It is a pity that the initial documentation could not actually have been completed online rather than the pdf format provided. We have recently completed several house sales recently and this was the only firm that did not offer this. The service was as expected and they did their job, but it was a very straight forward transaction. It is a similar complaint that we have in that you are not supposed to question things and the emails are not very professional in their format.

The Property Team at AMT Lawyers were fantastic during my Property Purchase. They were in regular communication with me providing me updates throughout the matter.

I also had contact with the Practice Manager Avess to expedite urgent matters.
