After being failed by high street lenders due to a few bad credits from my partner, I came across AMS mortgage solutions. We were so worried we would never get accepted by anyone and lose our dream house. We spoke with Alex Silver first and he found us a great mortgage company that would accept us. This was all done extremely quickly! After that Shanita looked after us along the way. Claire G was also helpful in this process too. Could not recommend this company enough! Thank you for everything!

Excellent communication and quick responses to queries. Thank you

I can’t recommend this mortgage company highly enough. From my very first enquiry, the team were professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions (no matter how small), and made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and reassuring.
Communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt kept up to date and supported. They genuinely had my best interests at heart and worked hard to find the right mortgage for my situation.
If you’re looking for a mortgage company you can truly trust, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. A fantastic experience from start to finish.

I contacted Access Mortgage Solutions (AMS) to find out whether I qualified for a complex - HMO-type - mortgage where I knew that 'access to the whole of the market' was key.

From my initial call, my request was handled brilliantly. Alex speedily absorbed all the relevant data required from me and was intuitive, friendly and professional in his questions and feedback.

He quickly ascertained how niche a product I was looking for and homed in on the one mortgage provider in the country that could help me.

I was impressed throughout with Alex's attitude, how proactive he was and 'in my corner' and how he didn't stint when examining all possibilities in the mortgage market.

I can definitely recommend AMS on these bases and this company would be my first port of call for all mortgage product advice.

Pro-active, friendly service.

Fast and friendly service. Team is very flexible and helpful - especially Alex who has dealt with my case with great professionalism. First time working with AMS and I would definitely recommend.

I am so grateful for the work that alex has done. I was having a hard time getting a lender with my credit score. Thank you so much.

Alex has been super helpful throughout this whole experience, my case was very niche and hes managed to pull it out of the bag. Fast, clear communication from the start. Thanks so much.

I just wanted to shout out about the awesome service from AMS Mortgage! They got my mortgage approved in just a week. Super quick and efficient! Huge thanks to Luke and Claire for their fantastic work. I really appreciate your help!

Alex from AMS has been great with us, answered any questions I had throughout and helped me with anything I needed.

Firstly I had no idea where to start regarding getting a mortgage.
I came across ams mortgages and upon research they helped people like me with adverse credit, their moto is true “if we can’t help, then it’s not possible” and it was possible with ams.
Alex silver (my broker) helped me immensely with his patience with every step.. Thank you Alex.
Thank you ams.
