My experience with the Amscot manager…
My experience with the Amscot manager was extremely unpleasant and disappointing. The way the situation was handled made me feel offended, uncomfortable, and disrespected as a customer. Regardless of the circumstances, I believe a manager should know how to treat people with respect, professionalism, and courtesy.
What happened left me with a very negative impression. I expected to receive proper customer service, but instead, I left feeling disrespected. A manager represents the company and should set an example of how customers should be treated, not be the reason they leave feeling upset and disappointed.
I hope the company takes this situation seriously and reviews how its managers treat customers. No one should have to leave an establishment feeling offended by the way they were treated. Overall, t

Very disappointing and unacceptable…
Very disappointing and unacceptable experience at Amscot, located at 9620 Coral Way. The ATM malfunctioned while a mother was withdrawing money intended for her son’s child support. The manager retrieved the money but did not return it to her.
To make matters worse, the manager, David, was disrespectful toward me and called me “abnormal,” while claiming that he spoke three languages. This behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
The store’s surveillance cameras and audio should capture this interaction. I demand that Amscot investigate this incident, review the recordings, and address both the missing money and the manager’s disrespectful behavior. Customers deserve to be treated with honesty and respect. This matter should not be ignored.
