Wow! Amplifi events are simply amazing. I can not thank them enough for being a part of our special day. They were absolutely amazing from start to finish. We booked the full band for our wedding and it’s the best decision we made! A talented group of people and would highly recommend! All the guests were blown away with how good everyone was! I can’t thank them enough!

We booked Amplifi Events after seeing them perform at the wedding fayre at York Racecourse and we knew instantly we had to book them for our wedding!
We couldn’t recommend Amplifi Events enough! All our guests were commenting on how brilliant they were from start to finish! From the beginning of booking to the actual day they were so professional, so helpful and very good at putting my mind at ease throughout wedding planning! Max and Connor performed as a guitar and singer duo during our drinks reception, and they were absolutely brilliant. They created the perfect atmosphere, and so many of our guests commented on how talented they were.

In the evening, James took over as our DJ and kept the dance floor busy all night. He judged the room perfectly, played a great mix of music, and made sure everyone had an amazing time.

Everything was incredibly well organised, and the level of professionalism and talent from the whole team was outstanding. We're so grateful to Amplifi Events for helping make our wedding day so special, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional live music and DJ entertainment.

We honestly cannot thank Amplifi Events enough for making our wedding evening so unforgettable! From the moment the music started until the very last song, the dance floor was full and the atmosphere was incredible.

Unfortunately, I wasn't feeling well at the start of the evening, so we couldn't do our first dance as planned. The team adapted everything so seamlessly, getting the party started without missing a beat and keeping the energy high. When I was feeling better and came back down, they effortlessly rearranged everything so we could still have our first dance, and my father-daughter dance. It meant the world to us that they were so flexible and helped make those special moments happen.

Our surprise saxophonist was one of the best decisions we made. It completely elevated the evening, and our guests absolutely loved it! We've had so many compliments since the wedding about both the DJ and the sax, with so many people saying it was one of the best wedding parties they've ever been to.

The DJ read the room perfectly, played exactly the right songs at the right time, and kept everyone dancing all night long. We genuinely didn't want the night to end because we were having so much fun celebrating with all our family and friends.

Thank you, Amplifi Events, for creating the most amazing atmosphere and for being so accommodating when our plans unexpectedly changed. You helped turn what could have been a stressful situation into the most unforgettable evening, and we couldn't recommend you highly enough!

We had the 5 piece band for our wedding at East Riddlesden Hall. They were absolutely top class and we received a lot of complements from our guests as to how good they were. Connor the lead singer and our DJ for the evening brought great vibes and kept the party going all night long. Their communication was great throughout our planning process and catered to our requests when we wanted some songs changing. Would 100% recommend. Thanks again guys !

The Acoustic Duo were perfect from booking to the end of their final set. They were flexible in their approach to our non-traditional wedding, so personable and tolerant of our often bonkers children and provided the perfect relaxed vibe for our beer garden drinks reception! Rounding off the set with the more upbeat songs for us to dance to was amazing; they really ‘read the room’ and matched their song choices with the atmosphere perfectly. Our favourite part of the day! Thank you!

We had the duo perform at our wedding ceremony and drinks reception, followed by a DJ in the evening. We chose them because the lead vocalist has a beautiful quality to his voice and the repertoire really suited our taste. They really added to the day, you can’t beat live music and I would recommend to anyone to have live musicians for your ceremony especially. It makes it so much more personal. Really lovely, professional guys who were on hand to provide guidance in the run up to the ceremony as well. The DJ put up with all of our random requests and I barely left the dance floor all night! Highly recommend!

Max and Connor from Amplifi played at our wedding, last week for both our casual afternoon drinks reception and our upbeat evening party, including an after-show DJ set. They absolutely wowed our guests and made our day. Professional and easy to deal with, flexible in suggesting the best way to match to our vision for our day and incredibly talented musicians. We could not have chosen a better team for our perfect day and I would recommend them to anyone.

Amplifi Events played our wedding and they were absolutely amazing. We had the acoustic duo for our ceremony and drinks reception, full band in the evening into the DJ for the late night party. In the lead up to the day they were super helpful and communicative. On the day they were obviously musically fantastic but they were also super friendly, kind and supportive on what can be a stressful day. Our guests absolutely loved them and we feel the same way. 5 stars really doesn’t cut it for these guys. They were incredible from the preparation to their performance on the night. They took the list of songs we gave them and completely understood the assignment and smashed it, creating the perfect vibe for the night. The band themselves are phenomenally talented and so much fun. So many of our guests commented on how brilliant they were. They made our wedding reception absolutely fantastic. Thank you so much!!

We had the 3 piece band at our York wedding reception in May, and they were just incredible! They were easy to communicate with running up to the event, and so friendly and flexible on the day. From the outstanding live set to the last song on the DJ set, they kept our guests dancing all night. We had quite a few children at our wedding too, who they were great with. Where do I start.... such an amazing band who also provide the best DJ set. They have it all.
These guys entertained us and our wedding guests all day. From an acoustic song to play me down the isle to the floor fillers that made the evening reception. The dance floor was full all night, and guests are still commenting how good the band were. If you are wanting a band that has it all do not hesitate to book amplifi events. Not only talented but a lovely set of lads as well. Hope to hear you play again at some point soon.

Amplifi Events entertained us all day at our daughters wedding by playing acoustic music at the ceremony, drinks reception and delivered a brilliant live performance and DJ set in the evening that kept guests dancing continuously. Before we saw you guys play at my cousins wedding, we'd really been struggling to find a band or DJ that we actually liked. But as soon as we saw you play, we knew we had to book you guys and we were so glad you were available. You are all super talented and the music added so much to our day. From the acoustic sets during the drinks reception which created such a lovely atmosphere, to the evening sets and DJing where the dance floor was full the entire evening!!! We honestly had the time of our lives dancing the night away and it was amazing to see all of our guests have such a good time too! Wish we could do it all again! So thank you very much again from a very happy bride & groom!

We booked amplifi events after meeting them at a wedding fair, for our wedding, starting with the drinks reception and going through to the evening live music and DJ package. They were brilliant from start to finish. Really good and easy communication, simple requests and nothing was too much trouble. They even performed our first dance live and I don’t think it was part of their set list, so thank you!
So many guests commented on how good they were. The singing and playing is top quality and they know exactly how to keep people happy. The dancefloor being empty was basically my only worry for the wedding and I couldn’t have been more wrong, it was full the whole time, with the party carrying on until the end, even when we left an hour before.
We also chose to upgrade to the trio for the evening live music and it was absolutely worth it.
Would not hesitate to recommend these guys, thanks so much again.
