Great phone for my elderly father. Brilliant communication from the company. Would absolutely recommend

My grandmother is severely low sighted and we bought her a new phone. It had huge buttons to call us directly and she found the white with black numbers very easy to see compared to a black phone, where she couldn't see anything. The phone started having problems after 6 months but they did a very easy and quick swap to a brand new one and my gran is happy again. Highly recommend them, thanks so mcuh!

Exactly what I needed, (a spare handset for my Gmarc amplified phone) along with wonderfully speedy delivery.

Amazing

I was struggling with dialogue when watching youtube and netflix on my computer with my standard computer headphones even with the volume set at 100%. I decided to see what alternatives there were and ChatGPT recommended these as the best option. I now use it with amplification active and the computer volume is now set at 40%, the dialogue is clear and good volume. I hoped these would make it a bit easier to hear but they have exceeded my expectations

Purchased Geemarc telephone for my mother on the basis of being suitable for people with hearing impairment.
Whilst admittedly loud the sound is very unclear and functionality is buried behind complex menus making it unsuitable.
Amplified Technologies asked for a review however (not being positive) it doesn’t appear to have been added to their website which is interesting.

A great phone for an older person who just needs to talk and talk and talk at people. However, she did show much disappointment that it wasn't a 'smartphone' and she couldn't find any porn on it

I wish I never had bought from your company. I have with experienced people wasted time trying to pair your new 2 phones with my old one and have returned your phones yesterday. I want my money back. In addition your help desk which is open very few hours a day is impossible to reach. Will not reccomend your company. B. Walters

It really helped that all your telephones are digital-suitable. Easy-ish for this non-techie to set up for blind friend, only gripe was that the diagram showing what should be in the box wasn't numbered so |I wasn't sure which cable was which. .. I still have one left over. But it works, which was the point.

The product is excellent. I needed a telephone that was loud and that is exactly what I got.

Absolute criminals. Received a phone that was barely usable and returned for refund within 14 day window as per online selling regulations. They claimed it was damaged and after cleaning it there were marks that wouldn't come off. Eventually we had to pay for them to post it back. When recieved, we polished the screen with a cloth and there is not a single mark on it. It is in the same condition as we received it in. It is perfectly resealable. This company clearly prey on the vulnerable. My mother is severely vision impaired and we thought we had found a phone she could use. Instead she is £150 out of pocket. Avoid at all costs.

reception and therefore hearing much improvred over previous fone.Instructions for setting up not very clear but I managed. delivery reasonably prompt and packaging good. product looks good but time will tell.

This is a genuine review but imo trustpilot reviews leave a lot to be desired

One of the phones doesn't work. It repeatedly says out of range and the battery doesn't charge properly. The instructions leaflet is lousy too. Not easy for my elderly mum who is the customer.
