As a new user to AmpiFire, I had several questions and a few technical issues while learning the platform — especially around HD video rendering, watermark removal, and understanding how downloads work. I submitted multiple support requests, and throughout the entire process, the support experience was excellent.
Kristin from the support team was incredibly patient, responsive, and thorough. She took the time to clearly explain what was happening, followed up consistently, and even created a Loom video to walk me through the exact steps I was missing. Once I understood the workflow, everything clicked — and I was able to get a lot accomplished very quickly.
What stood out most was how supportive and professional the team was, even when my questions came from simply being new to the system. There was no rushing, no canned responses, and no frustration — just clear explanations and real help.
Kristin stayed with the issue until everything was fully resolved, including ensuring high-resolution downloads were available for both portrait and landscape videos. She also proactively checked on my recurring DFY campaign and escalated it with the writing team when delays occurred.
That level of ownership made a huge difference.
AmpiFire does an excellent job supporting users who are still learning the platform. The tools are powerful, and when questions come up, the support team genuinely wants to make sure you understand how everything works — not just close the ticket.
Their communication, follow-up, and willingness to explain details (instead of assuming users already know them) really sets them apart. For anyone new to content distribution or multi-format campaigns, that kind of support is invaluable.

I've been using AMPs for brand promotion for the past year. I use them for my digital ad agency brand as well as my clients' brands. The content is always delivered within a week (for all 6 formats) and sometimes faster. The content is always well-written and only needs a few tweaks before publishing and distribution. The editors, writers, and support team are always professional, responsive, and communicate clearly. A few times I have asked for directional changes. However, when the editors replied it was clear that their content and keyword strategy was sound, and that my suggested changes would have had a negative effect on the campaign. So, I got to learn something about content strategy in the process. I enjoy working with the team. My clients are happy with the content and the process. Which means my clients are happy with me! Thanks for being a valuable partner!

I had a bunch of AmpiFire credits for a long time that i had not used because i was not proficient in writing to the level that i felt would be valuable to Press Publishing and then i tried writing content myself for my campaigns. But I'll tell you that the done-for-you service they offer made my content look like absolute dirt.
I was phenomenally blown away by the awesomeness of how the AmpiFire team writes. The blog articles, news pieces, and content they created just blew my mind. This was for one of my own brands that I built myself, so I know pretty dern much about the thing because I did it myself, right? I was writing content about my own product, my own industry, stuff I live and breathe every day. I thought I knew how to explain my brand better than anyone else could.
But their professional writers took my topic and created content that was more detailed, more engaging, and more comprehensive than what I could produce - even though it's MY brand! They created articles, videos, podcasts, infographics, and more that gets distributed across hundreds of sites like news outlets, social media, and industry platforms.
Comparing my DIY attempts to what their team produced? It's like night and day. They somehow knew my business better than I did and presented it in ways I never thought of.

From a recommendation, I've been using this traffic platform for my medical practice website and I've got to say it's been incredible. I started off a little tentatively just wanting help with Google rankings, and then went all in and now we are getting visitors from everywhere - YouTube, social media, podcasts, even showing up in ChatGPT answers!
I've been wanting for something that could handle all our content needs in one place. This has been literally the only tool I've found that works like a one-stop-shop; it creates videos, infographics, slideshows, interview-style podcasts, social posts and articles without needing 5 different subscriptions.
The medical articles i've tasked it to write are spot on, when you feed it the right info. The told me that the key is choosing topics our patients actually search for and giving it good source material to work from, and they havent been wrong.
The podcast interviews sound pretty good... you can still sometimes tell its AI generated, but the technology keeps improving month on month so not too worried about this. Last month's voices sound way better than 6 months ago. I'd love it if I could upload my own voice eventually - that would make it feel more personal for our patients (come on dev guys, get moving on this ;).
I genuinely love how the videos turn out - they're simple but effective. The scripts are pleasantly creative at explaining complex medical topics in ways patients understand and keep them interested. Better than most copywriters I've worked with!
Publishing goes out to hundreds of sites automatically (300+ from memory) which saves so much time. I usually create a bunch of content about different health topics, then just 'amp' the best ones. The rest I post on our practice blog manually. Would love automatic posting to our own site but apparently I can set that up with RSS feeds - just haven't gotten around to it yet.
We've definitely seen more patient inquiries since using this consistently. You might get lucky with one campaign bringing traffic, but we've found the real results come from regular posting. More content = more patients finding us, more trust and so more bookings. Just gotta pick topics people actually care about - same as any marketing really.
