This company is an absolute scam. Don't subscribe. I subscribed and whenever I tried to buy something it would say the account wasn't registered despite me having been subscribed for months if not over a year at this stage. And then when I decide to cancel the subscription, it doesn't work. So I try to email to ask them to do it manually and I get an automated AI reply and no resolution. I had asked the subscription to be cancelled before the next order went through (which it wasnt) I email again and it day it can't send me the email of an actual person.

Amazing products with great quality.

I love the concept and the prices. But for the Second time now I have issues with the returns.. the First time they said nothing got to them, and now, the second time, I get no reply and no refund that’s pretty sad. I only returned something those two times…

Remember to always read the terms and conditions carefully. They advertise cheap prices but what they don't highlight is that you need a membership which you can only cancel after 12 months of commitment. On top of that, they charge you a monthly fee. In reality, those so-called "cheap" products end up costing about three times more than better-quality alternatives elsewhere :(

De rijbroeken zijn top. Aangenaam om te dragen en ze zijn verstevigd rond de benen wat een goed effect heeft als je cellulitis hebt. De uitrusting voor de paarden is heel goed. Echt leder en mooie afwerking. Ik ben een tevreden klant.

Splendid customer service and good value for money.

I was helped by Ebba, from customer service. After I had to return some products because they did not fit, the returned amount was not deducted from the remaining budget. Fortunately, the contact with customer service was flawless. They eventually came up with a good solution so I could order the products again in the right fit.

The only pity about Amiko & Friends is the high return costs.

I ordered 2 pairs of breeches in August. I used them for two months and I didn't wash them, furthermore I was riding only 2-3 times per week, so I didn't overuse them. Unfortunately, the silicone grip already came off.
When I contacted the seller to replace the products, I was ignored for 2 months meantime still was getting charged for membership.
After 2 months passed, I asked just to simply cancel my membership but got rejected.
Overall, I'm disappointed with my experience. The breeches did not hold up as expected, and the lack of responsiveness from the seller when I reached out for support was frustrating. It's unfortunate because I had high hopes for these products. I wouldn't recommend buying from this seller unless they improve their customer service and product quality.

Achterlijke hoge verzendkosten! Verder betrouwbaar en leuke spullen, maar verzending onder €100 kost €15!!! Ik ga echt niet elke keer voor €100 bestellen, dit is echt abnormaal.

Jag skaffade medlemskap och beställde varor med informationen att leverans skulle ta upp till 3 dagar. Efter 3 dagar inget mejl om att varorna ens har skickats. Jag kontaktar själv kundservice och får då en spårningslänk där det inte skett något på 7 dagar. Fortfarande inte fått mina varor jag betalt för. Oseriöst.

Bonjour, j’ai commandé le 19 avril et j’ai reçu un mail 10 jours plus tard pour me dire que la commande avait fini d’être traitée, et suite à ça je n’ai jamais reçu de confirmation de livraison ni de suivi… cela va faire un mois que j’attends ma commande… comment puis-je connaître l’évolution de la livraison svp ?
