Exceptional service! I was initially hesitant after being scammed before, but the team at ACA Group completely put my mind at ease. After being taken advantage so many times it was difficult to trust another company. I was embarrassed and felt stupid to have put myslef in this position but they were very reassuring. Their professionalism and expertise guided me through the process seamlessly. They handled my case efficiently and kept me informed every step of the way. I was able to reach out to their client service department anytime I had a question. Within a short period, I was free from the burden of my timeshare, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy timeshare exit solution, look no further than ACA Group! If I could give 10 stars I would!
I have invested thousands of dollars with this company to release me from my time share but have received nothing, no updates, no return calls.

I have been scammed multiple times by companies promising to help me get out of my contract so much that it became hard to believe in a company. I got a call 8 months ago from ACA claiming they could help and they offered a no-cost consultation to see if they would be able to take my situation. At first, I said no thank you but they assured me that there were no obligations so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I never thought I would trust a company until they allowed me to see the contract before I paid and 8 months later, I'm finally free. I strongly recommend this company, they never pressured me and kept me up to date on the process on a monthly basis. Thank you,now I'm finally retired and leaving happy maintenace free in cancun Mx .
