Today I came in for a fitting and Jack at Slough was excellent. Gave me the confidence that he knew what was right for me and was extremely helpful. However, after helping me find a new Titileist set, a 3 wood and putter, I wasn’t able to make the purchase as I had blue light discount and it is only accepted online. Despite Jack’s hard work, I didn’t get to buy in store and had to order at home. Please accept BLD in store!!!

Once again my son had a club fitted by Alan Smith at the Doncaster branch.

I had an excellent club fitting with Jamie at the Braid Hill, Edinburgh centre. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and I felt that he got me to the correct spec for my game

Very disappointed in the service I have received from American golf. I ordered a golf bag and a few accessories online on Monday for next day delivery for Tuesday. My items never turned up on Tuesday, I received a few items on Wednesday but did not receive the golf bag. I contacted American golf only to be told there were 2 consignment numbers and I was only given 1.
I checked the other item from Hermes, it was now Wednesday and the Hermes online tracker was showing out for delivery for Tuesday at 10:28. It’s now Thursday and it is still showing the same and I have no golf bag. This was supposed to be a 50th birthday present! I have contacted American golf only to be told I have to wait 48 hours before they can raise it with Hermes and then a further 24 to 48 hours to wait for a response. I think this is disgusting as I have asked for a full refund so I can purchase a golf bag from another reliable sports outlet.
I blame American golf for using Hermes to have a very poor reputation and terrible customer reviews. I don’t hold much hope in receiving my goods. All I want is a refund so I can purchase somewhere else and never use American golf again.

David Ings, AG, Chandlers Ford, provides a club fitting service at the store. He was excellent in the care and attention that he takes in the club fitting process. It ensures that the club you end up with is the right one for you in terms of club head specifications, length of shaft etc which goes towards better ball striking and making the game more enjoyable.

It would seem its a common theme that AG just do not deliver clubs after fitting on time. I ordered a set of fitted irons in July 21 from A1 Borenhamwood I was told 5-6 Weeks but have now been told mid Oct for them to be delivered. I probably wouldn’t have shopped for them from AG if I had know. I would advise just don’t order clubs from them unless you are prepared to wait 12 weeks+

Was looking for some Taylor made M2 irons at the Telford branch. Nigel was on hand to provide excellent advice. Being able to see the product in the flesh is such an advantage. Wanted to purchase the clubs from the store but unlike online purchaes they cannot factor in discounts ?? Saved 49 quid by buying the clubs from AG on line. Shame for the likes of Nigel who do all of the leg work and miss out on the sale? Bonkers !

Absolutely atrocious company. Kettering branch in particular is flagship branch in terms of poor customer service. Customer service team are part time women who make it apparent you have interrupted their ironing! Won’t be dealing with them again.

Recently visited Bolton Middlebrook store and was dealt with by Connor MacGowan. Fabulous service and really thorough and helpful in assisting me with selecting my new clubs. Placed the order for custom fit as well as a new putter. Connor really took time to study my swing and putting stroke, advising me of what the best type of putter is for my stance. Overall great service and would strongly recommend the service to anyone looking for new clubs, whether upgrading or starting out.

The customer service is so crap I have to ring the shops to ask, I feel sorry for them because they get all the complaints because customer services don't pick up the phone or answer their emails. I ordered my g425 irons on 15/06/21 & have no information on them so I'm hoping to get them for Xmas 2022 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Ohone American golf today…asked for price of golf umbrella… told £14.99, I arrived 15 minutes later… I was directed to some umbrellas , cheapest was £ 19.99

Unbelievably bad experience with this company. They failed to deliver my goods and made no mention of the fact that they are having serious issues with international deliveries until after the order was made. Refused to issue a refund immediately, claiming the goods needed to return to them first. This despite knowing very well they never got anywhere near me. Goods were returned last week. Still no sign of refund. Customer service ignoring messages asking where my money is. Disgrace of an organisation. AVOID.
(Don't bother with the fake and empty, "oh we're sorry to hear about this" reply beneath this message. Just do. a lot better. Scammers.)
