Herbert is very responsive and helpful - i recommend American Caravans Ltd

Just bought a British caravan from them and I could not be happier.
Full service done and nothing was too much trouble.
Very Happy Customer
Couldn't fault their customer support.
Check them out if u are looking for a 2nd hand uk caravan or their American caravans are wonderful

Service that I received was brilliant the boss man went above and beyond to sort out my issue with installation as some of bolt's wrong size but he got around the problem and completed the task

My motorhome went in for a full service and the work was done to a high standard. Every system was checked, oil changed, and small adjustments made where needed. The service report was detailed, and everything was explained clearly. I feel confident the motorhome is ready for long trips. The cost was reasonable, and the turnaround time was faster than I expected.

Bought a used caravan that felt almost new. It was clean, fully serviced, and ready to go. The whole process was smooth and stress free.

Alex and his team carried out some extensive electrical and body work repairs on our American caravan.

They were very helpful through what was quite a stressful experience for me and my wife due to getting extortionate prices from other specialists.

Their prices were very fair and their support was impeccable.

We would recommend them to anyone else who needs any work doing to their American caravans or motorhomes.

My caravan was repaired quickly and done right the first time. Friendly service, clear updates, and fair pricing. I will definitely use them again for future work.

American Caravans Direct delivered exactly what I needed. I bought a container home, and it’s stylish, functional, and well-built. The staff guided me through the entire process and answered all my questions. Delivery was on time, and the setup was easy. Highly recommended for anyone wanting unique, quality living spaces.

I purchased a stunning American caravan from American Caravans Direct and was impressed with both the build quality and service. The team was helpful from start to finish, and delivery was smooth. The caravan is spacious, well-designed, and perfect for long trips. Great value for money.

Great customer service. Very patient (have a wife who is very particular). Nothing was too much trouble and we cannot be happier with the end product. Would have no hesitation in recommending American Caravans.

"I recently purchased a caravan from American Caravans in the UK, from Ireland. The caravan was in great condition as seen on their webpage , exactly as described, and they even assisted with the transfer to Ireland, which made things so much easier. They’ve been incredibly helpful in answering any follow-up questions, especially since there’s no local support in Ireland. I highly recommend them for their excellent service and support."
This summer, I had the pleasure of spending time in my spacious slide-out caravan, which truly enhanced the experience. The additional space made it ideal for relaxation and entertaining, allowing me to fully enjoy the season in comfort and style. I can’t wait to create many more happy memories. Thank you 😊

We’re to start with this fantastic company..
Me and my wife decided on buying a caravan and was very hard finding what one we came across The CARAVAN Centre and spoken to a gentleman of a man Herbert.
When we speaking to this man on the phone he was not push push for a sale he gave us loads and loads of options on the phone and told us at no obligation to take a trip down Stickney Boston Lincolnshire were would meet he’s grandson and take a look around..
When we got there again he’s grandson was not pushy for a sale he’s took us around to every CARAVAN to take a look at every option and go from there in the end we did purchase a fantastic CARAVAN from this company.
They was a small little mark on one of the sofa what me and my wife did not see after purchase they actually come and told us and changed it we are so so so satisfied with this company of if your not sure what company to go for please try this one they are fantastic and I promise you, they will not let you down thank you very much too Herbert and grandson.

We purchased our used 32ft camper from Herbert & Tyler and we have successfully moved in and only had minor issues to sort!

I did read reviews on this company and was slightly worried but Herbert was very willing to discuss and guide me through the process and pros and cons etc. He was open and honest the whole way through and understood why we had our concerns.
We decided to go for it and went up in person to look at their stock and meet Tyler.
Tyler was fab and got all pre-work sorted before we had it delivered, they let us come back a few times to make sure we were happy and Herbert was very accommodating and helpful!

Communication was a little tricky at times ie. Getting some of our points across but in the end it all worked out. We did have some issues with delivery but the delivery guy was really nice and accommodating on the day.

All in all a good experience and will shop again once we have renovated this one and are ready to upgrade!
Thanks guys!

If I could give a lower star I would!
Company shouldn’t be trading!

I would advise everyone to stay away!
False advertisement, not got a clue what they are doing. Just looking to take your money and scam you.

Constantly changing the company name also, I wonder why!?!

Honestly don’t waste your time.
