American Book Warehouse Anmeldelser

Price was great and delivery and communications were good and fast! Will definitely buy from here again!

Placed an order and there was a tiny hiccup. The Customer service team was on it immediately and helped with everything, even going above and beyond to make me happily. Definitely a company that puts the customer first, no questions ask! I'm a forever customer for how great they handled everything!

They provided a rare book in wonderful condition, and they offered the best price of this book, too! They were really nice and a “real human” on the other end of our email correspondence which I really appreciate more and more these days :) I would buy through them over other stores - especially big box retailers! Thank you

American Book Warehouse promptly corrected a partial shipment issue and made good on my first purchase. Customer Service is great, as well as their huge selection of books. I am extremely pleased with my shopping experience, and look forward to buying my next books from American Book Warehouse. Great job!

Good customer service - turned a potentially negative experience into a positive. I ordered a book that ended up being out of stock. After searching for it, they gave me a full refund and offered to send me another book for free to make up for the error. A really nice touch.

They went the extra mile to get me the volumes I was missing!

Great customer service and was delivered on day they said it would be.

I recently ordered My Confession by Samuel Chamberlain, which was listed as being in "very good" condition. I received the book, not in very good condition, but in virtually new condition, and in about half the time it was supposed to take to arrive. Nicely done.

Customer service went above and beyond when my order was lost and I was able to receive my book. Came in great condition and met all expectations!!! 5 Stars 🌟

They didn’t end up having the book I was looking for, but I’m happy. Customer service takes a bit, but is super helpful.

I was notified when this company shipped my item and when to expect it. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would buy again from this company when the need comes up for an book. And I also might add the book was great price . I highly recommend buying from them.

The books arrived on time and in excellent condition! The staff is amazing! They answered my questions quickly and thoroughly. Really nice people. I’m a customer for life!

Absolutely the best customer service out there. They stayed in touch throughout the process and took excellent care of everything. Also, they’re the only ones who had the book I was looking for. Could not be more pleased. Highly recommend.

I ordered and paid for a book on March 21, 2025. I was patient for a while, looked online and saw that my order was pending. Supposedly, it would arrive in 7-9 days. More than two months later, American Book Warehouse has my money, and I still don't have my book. I've sent three online messages to them and left a message by phone, but it seems that they either don't check messages or simply don't care. I'm disappointed and disgusted. I suggest that anyone who is considering ordering anything from this company should look elsewhere for a company that is reputable. I've never experienced such poor treatment from a company

The professionalism as well as their quick response to my concerns. I will most definitely recommend them.

I ordered a book that was listed as in stock but I noticed after a couple weeks that it hadn't shipped. I emailed the company and they replied and said it was actually out of stock but immediately gave me a full refund and offered to send me a different book of my choosing at a high discount to make up for the inconvenience. I felt like that was more than generous and fair, and their customer service was really helpful and friendly.

I ordered a book that cost nearly $400 and it was "pending" for about 5 days before I attempted to get in touch with them. Several emails and days later, still no response at all!!! Luckily I paid through PayPal and hopefully can get my money back. I feel that half these good reviews are made by the company in question and are BS. Look at the wording used and how the bad reviews seem genuine. I cannot express this enough... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST!!!! Thank you

I purchased a book that was out of stock, and they quickly refunded me for the item and we're willing to send me a free copy of another book I was interested in.

Unfortunately, the book that I originally ordered from American Book Warehouse was unavailable.

However, they emailed me immediately and offered several ways/options to remedy the situation. One of which was for them to do some digging and research to see if they could find a copy.

They were so patient and kind and continued to follow up with me throughout their search. When they were unable to find the book, they rectified the situation immediately! I received a full refund and a new book in its place.

Their customer service is amazing! They didn't need to offer a new book in its place, but they did! Everyone I emailed with was so kind, patient, hardworking, and regretful for being unable to find the initial book.

I will 100% be ordering from them again and will continually recommend this company! I have never been this happy with a company's customer service before!

Fast delivery. Book in excellent conditions and communication was great. Highly recommend both the book and the seller!
