American Book Warehouse Anmeldelser

I had a great experience with American Book Warehouse. First, they had the textbook my son needed at a better price than anywhere else and could get it to me quickly. Additionally, when I made a mistake with the address, they were incredibly responsive and made the necessary changes to ensure the book was delivered to the correct address. Customer service was excellent as was their follow up to ensure the book was received and I was satisfied with my experience.

Great customer service! I've been trying to get my hands on an indie cover that is going out of print and tried to order through American Book Warehouse. They didn't end up having the book in stock but to make it right they offered to send me a book of choice on the house. This really stood out to me as a customer because you just don't see this 'above and beyond' ethic with companies anymore. I will absolutely be doing business with them in the future!

The books I ordered arrived early and well packaged. The books were in excellent condition and matched the displayed photo. I can 100% recommend them and will be using them in the future. Customer service was kind and response was great. 😊

Excellent customer service!
Fast shipping and large book was packaged nicely with no damage.
Highly recommend this online store.

I also had a question for customer service, and they responded promptly with a helpful and friendly answer. It's clear they value their customers and provide excellent service. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend American Book Warehouse. There was an issue with my first order. I contacted customer service and it was resolved quickly. I consider them a good company to do business with.

Great communication and had a brand new book that I have been looking for and the customer service was very helpful in the whole process. Highly recommend.

When I had a question about my order, the customer service team was extremely prompt in getting back to me and walking me through my questions. I'm very appreciative of their efficiency and patience and will definitely order from them again in the future.

I ordered a rare book that turned out to be unavailable. However American Book Warehouse was prompt, kind, and offered a free or heavily discounted book in its place. I appreciate their speed and transparency. I’d purchase from them again.

Book arrived like brand new within a week.

I ordered a textbook for an upcoming class through this site. They had a much cheaper option than other places, and then book came in great condition and exactly by the timeline they described. It even still has the audio cd in it! Would recommend!

This is a great bookstore online. We did not get exactly what we wanted with one of the books we ordered, but the company made every effort to make it right which they did in a wonderful way! That kind of Customer Service is what I am looking for in an online business.

I was happy with my purchase. I had a challenge with my order and American Book Warehouse resolved the issue and kept in contact throughout the process. I will purchase again from them. I know they provide great service and quality books.

I ordered a book through American Book Warehouse that I needed for a graduation gift. This was my first time ordering through them. The book arrived and was exactly in the condition I was hoping for and arrived on time as I needed. The customer service department was great to work with and I would recommend the American Book Warehouse to anyone interested in a good product and good service.

The customer service team was so nice! They knew that my book was taking like a day too long to get to me and were already on top of it with messaging me about it. Confirmed that I got it alright and continued to respond so quickly which was so reassuring. Will for sure be coming back to them for books in the future! This is a site you can fully trust will take care of you.

Yes it was, i received the book that I wanted to find but couldn't get it in nowhere else.

Communication made thing very good and it is being done well. We got what we were looking for and they went to extra mile to make sure we had it.

Excellent experience with ordering a book. Fast delivery, quick customer service and reasonably priced books.

The folks at American Book Warehouse were super friendly and helpful. I ordered a book, they sent it, it got lost in the mail, and they just sent me a different copy with no questions asked. It's rare to see such quick and friendly customer service.
