I ordered fire resistant shiplap from American Bead Board, shipped to Michigan. I had a tight schedule to have it here for my trim carpenter to install. It arrived in terrible shape, many boards were not usable at all. The shipping contractor treated it very poorly. I talked to Deb and within minutes she had the situation resolved. She asked how many boards I needed replaced...that was it. The replacement shiplap showed up in great shape and in time to hand it over to my carpenter. Thank you American Bead Board....Thank you Deb!!

I found the product I was looking for. I had to call customer service to resolve a problem, and the guy was attentive. fixed my problem right away.

Quick turn around. Easy pick up. Wainscoting looks beautiful with deep details we couldn't achieve by sub-par Home Depot options.

You forgot to ship it.

Caused great delay and return trips for carpenters and painters who live an hour and a half away from the project. Delayed acceptance and occupancy of a five million dollar beach house.
When it did ship the carrier informed me on Friday January 6th it would be delivered on Monday January 9th.
At 3 oclock on the ninth I called the carrier. They informed me at that time that the material would be delivered on Tuesday not Monday.
So I drove an hour to their depot and waited an hour for them to find and release my order.
I did this because I had men scheduled to install the material Tuesday and painters coming today, Wednesday.

My motto in all matters is " Aways do the right thing"

Fast shipping and quality product.
I used a good quality primer and paint with a flow additive and got very good results with a brush. The beadboard is very dense and the machining is precise. The shipper lost part of my order, and it was replaced very quickly with minimal fuss. Nice to see an American company with a quality product and top notch service.

Product looks great. Great quality. Fantastic customer surface. We cut to boards short and needed additional trim ASAP. American Beadboard shipped the next day to complete the job. Exceptional Service.

Even after having the kit for 6 years, the company was able to provide additional trim that not only matched but got it to me here in Oregon in time for my contractor to install.
The person took the order after hours on a weekend and made sure the guys shipped it on Monday.
The material is beautiful and I'm just sorry I didn't get it installed when I first got so I could enjoy the craftsmanship of the beadboard.
