Kristin, I sincerely apologize that our sample shiplap showed up dented. We ship the samples in FedEx Envelopes and it must of been mishandled by FedEx. I will talk to my team about using a padded envelop for samples.

Consistent and Sturdy
Great communication on the phone. Delivery was quicker than I expected. I did have two boards which had a small amount of transit damage, but easily worked around. These boards are consistent and look beautiful. Another aspect I appreciate, is that they do not seem to bulge around the nail when nailing in place, as other MDF boards do. This is will be a time saver when it comes to paint/ prep.

Worth the wait
When we received the correct product it was great. There was a delay due to the wrong style of board being shipped initially. However, the responsiveness and desire to make everything right was excellent. Our client is delighted with the water-resistant bead board for the laundry room walls. Installer also thinks it is a great product.
