Overall a very good product. One panel had a nick/dent on what you would call the female side of the panel, opposite the tongue side and about 10 inches of baseboard had a crack. Luckily we had extra and was able to work around the two defects. The website says to paint the entire thing once installed, nah, I painted the panels chair rail and baseboard on horses before installation, Way easier and it came out fine. Just touched up spots after installation. Very satisfied with product.

They were helpful in the shipping. When the shipping company called to schedule delivery, I asked if they could change the delivery address to a location 5 miles closer to them. They said they could, but needed American Baseboards okay. Shortly after, An American Baseboard rep called and asked if the shipping company had mentioned that the change of address (5 miles closer) would cost me $120. They had neglected to mention that, so I asked your representative to not allow the address change which saved me $120. Thanks for your attention.

The bead board arrived in a timely fashion, was in good shape, and is of a high quality. It’s now our new backsplash and is beautiful.

I made a call to verify the correct materials to order and if I could specify the lengths for the top cap. The gentleman that answered the phone provided excellent recommendations and said to list the lengths required in the request box. Sure enough my order arrive right on schedule, in perfect condition and everything was cut precisely to the lengths I requested. Couldn't be happier with the quality and service provided! This is my second and probably not my last order.

I ordered a beadboard kit for my powder room remodel after receiving assistance by calling customer service; they were super helpful in determining the amount of material needed . The beadboard is very heavy and has a significant profile - much nicer than some of the pine beadboard we were considering . It was also easier to install since we were able to order the beadboard by length . Easy to install and looks great using the recommended BM primer and paint .
