Really sorry I ordered online from Amelia’s Attire and will never do so again. I was unaware from the online advert that the product is ordered from China; takes 3 weeks to arrive; it can be returned but only at the customer’s expense of posting it back to China; refunds are impossible, only exchanges. On top of all this, the fabric is flimsy, the colour dismal and the fit is far smaller than any medium garment I have ever seen or tried on. As I will not try another garment from them, I have lost my money. If I had researched the returns policy of this company online, I would not have ordered from them. I hope I can warn others from making my mistake and thereby losing their money.

I ordered a dress that has just arrived, awful. Nothing like the picture at all, a cheap item from china that has cost £40!!! I will be asking for a full refund

Really like the leggings, the material, comfort and design. But, they are super long. I am 5’2” and didn’t realize they would be so long. In the future, I will order capri length. I do love them.

Although I believe the product is small in its sizing, the customer experience was excellent ... lovely company to deal with and they are happy to change the size.

Everything I ordered was perfect in color and fit! I have already ordered again.

Based on high reviews, and after a month of reviewing their products, I decided to purchase a pair of leggings. Unfortunately, I never got my package. They said they were going to replace it and send a new one, but didn’t. They later said the carrier confirmed delivery with a photo. This is the risk with international companies that are small to medium size. They may not have a good return, refund, and compensation policy. Better off purchasing from bigger sized American chains which have these protections and have more customer centric policies.

Really helpful customer service. They gave me several options for when I got my sizing wrong and were happy to discuss if none of those were helpful

Great communication when I wanted to exchange items for a different size and the clothing is awesome.

This is a scam company. You will get SHEIN quality products with inaccurate sizes for boutique prices. Their website is very good and looks legit AF but is not. They do not honor their happiness guarantee for a full refund and will try to get you to accept 70% then 90% if you refuse. They told me I did not have to send my items back and I would get a 90% refund and they still have not processed it after weeks so my bank is reporting them and investigating fraudulent activity. They don’t even have a link for returns. You have to email them and someone with good English does write back politely but they do it for appearance. People who say they like the clothes obviously don’t realize they probably don’t look good in them and are mediocre. If you are size 0 or 2 you still won’t look good in these. If you are a true gym person this company is not for you. I don’t want anyone to waste their money on this scam company.

The leggings arrived, after a fashion, amen they arrived the XL was maybe a size 16, 18 at a push, either way they were too small! I contacted them for their 'hassle free returns' turns out, not hassle free.

I was offered free leggings, store credit or a 70% refund. Obviously I didn't want more of something that didn't fit. I was told that I could return them but it could take 6 weeks+ and they'd likely get lost or damaged on the way. I was then offered a 90% refund. It was made clear that they're was no real choice but to accept that.

Im now out 10% plus postage and have a pair of leggings no one wants. I wouldn't mind if they were cheap but they really aren't!

Excellent material, lovely and soft to wear, no camel toe , ( that's important), high waist band that doesn't roll down, and you just feel cinched.

The delivery time was much longer than competitor companies and you don't offer enough variety with side pockets. Correct those two deficiencies (my opinion) and this review would be 5+ stars

One of the worst experiences I had. It took 25 days from order date for the order to arrive to destination country (EU) and when it finally did, the order was not delivered to the designated address but instead had to be picked up from post office!
Who delivers through post office anymore?
Will not buy again.

Quick delivery and fit beautifully. As I am a size 14 finding ones that are comfortable can be hard. These are light and breathable.
