This is my second order.
I love the clothes design and it’s a good quality. My first order was excellent but second order size runs small for some reason.
Next time I have to order one size up.

They won't provide a return address. Or give me a full refund. Spent days sending me the same emails. Lengthy with no resolution suitable for me. Their options are set up to charge you again.

I'm returning the garments as sizing is way off. Material in joggers is awful.

Waited a bit longer than I thought but it was worth it the product is stylish and seems to be high quality. Unfortunately the pants with the flared bottoms I ordered are so long I can’t wear them.

I would give five stars but for the length of time the item takes to arrive. The leggings and bra are lovely, I just hope they stay up when running and don’t slip down the hips. Only just received them so don’t know yet but the quality of the material is excellent.

The items run smaller than normal. I am a solid Medium but all of my medium items were way too small and tight.
I sent an email requesting a return and got an auto-response saying they'd get back to me within 24 hours. It's outside the 24 hour window. Their customer service chat option on the website does not work. This is not a hassle free return as promised.

The products are of a very poor quality and they will not even respond to my request to return them. Update: They responded to my request for a return after I posted this review and on social media ads. The response requested info that I had already provided them in the return request: the products and the reason. Obviously between this and the excessive mail time, they're stalling to make the return outside of the 30-day period. Shady tactics.

Products are beautiful, very good quality of the fabric as well.

I did not receive the bras I ordered and one pair of leggings had a hole prior to my ever wearing them. I have recommended Amelia to many at the gym. This has now changed as I never received an actual human response about my bras. The leggings I did.

Ordered a top in a M (im a size 10) which was far too small, They haven't responded to emails when ive asked to return. No returns details in the package and nothing on website so impossible to return! Won't be using them again thats for sure

The top fits like a dream (accurate sizing) and the material was smooth yet breathable. It was my first purchase and won't be my last!

I received an order after realizing that I had not updated my current mailing address. I was able to reach out to customer service and send a message to them with the updated address. They were able to reach out to the transportation service and get the new address to them on time so that I could receive my order. Thank you for all of your help and for going above and beyond for the customer.

Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered a pair of leggings that unfortunately didn’t fit, so I requested a return and a full refund. Customer support is extremely slow, and they clearly try to prevent you from sending items back. Instead of providing return instructions, they keep offering partial refunds — 30%, 70%, even 90% — as long as you keep the product.

I accepted the 90% refund because the cost of shipping the item back to China was too high, but they keep saying the refund will be processed “soon,” and weeks later nothing has been returned to my account. It has been an absolute nightmare constantly following up.

Do not buy from this store unless you are prepared to keep the items no matter what, because returning them and getting your money back is practically impossible.

Very unpleasant experience

ordering was easy but delivery took a little longer than expected also, I wish they had pockets!!

I use your chat system, initially the response was quick, then it taped off. Leaving my questions unanswered. I then ended up ordering a coloured top that was maroon, to match some bottoms that were also in maroon, but was told later that they did not match at all, I’d waited so long that I’ve gone ahead and ordered. I then messaged again to see if I could change this order and I still have not been replied to the qualities is fantastic. It’s a shame the customer service didn’t quite match up.

I’ve bought three pairs of leggings from Amelia Activewear, and I love them all. They’re super comfy, fit perfectly (size 8 and true to size) and the designs are gorgeous, bright and colourful. I get lots of compliments when I wear them, which of course is a bonus too! The only downside is they do take a while to arrive as they’re shipped from overseas, but they’re definitely worth the wait. Very happy with my purchases

I’m loving my new leggings! I ordered size Medium (I’m usually a UK size 10) which fit really well & we’re delivered very quickly. They are totally squat & lunge proof. I’ve now ordered another 2 pairs as the prices are very reasonable. Thank you Amelia ActiveWear!

I have ordered several leggings from Amelia and I have enjoyed all of them. I get a lot of compliments on all of them. I have found Amelia to be very responsive if you need to return anything or if there is a problem with your order.

Lots of various colours and different outfits/producrs. That is grwat. Ads on Insta also great.
Transportation days: would be even better if reduced w a couple of days.
My M sized pants was abit tight...but could be my body...
