Review for training with Ayden
Before working with Ayden I had no idea of how to structure my own training both in the gym and out of the gym with recovery. With my schedule at the time I was a full time athlete in my sport which meant that my training was very specific to that and that’s where Ayden really helped me understand and simplify the trainings to my wants and needs. He was very efficient with updates on my progressive overload and also how I can structure my recovery stages with bits such as diet suggestions and how I can rest in the best way to feel primed for my training in the gym. Not to mention that also going into detail on what can be disregarded such as warmups and cooldowns and really explaining in depth as to why it is so important not just for performance but also longevity and self preservation which I really appreciated. Overall it was a fantastic friendly and welcoming service and experience working with Ayden and would recommend to anyone that is looking to get stuck into training in or out of the gym to reach their full potential of fitness!
