Fantastic company and product.
They were super nice at the dog lovers show, walking me through the options and showing me the difference between the new versions with the mattress and the one I have at home filled with memory foam beans. Highly recommend

I have previously purchased from this company and had a wonderful experience, this next purchase. I have had communication issues and am not happy with a suitable and fair outcome especially considering I have purchased before. The cooling cover advertised for their dog beds have pockets for cooling mats. I was unaware that this was even an option, I inquired regarding the cooling mats and if they were needed and was advised they were not. I had purchased x2 XXL cooling mats for my giant breed dogs that have double coats. If I had of known I would have purchased at the time with my order. There was no option to add these. I had no idea what size to order. When I went to order the small size to fit I the pocket of the cover of the cooling cover. It was nearly $40 and an extra $40 postage. I had already paid postage twice. Management was not helpful or flexable with postage. I was not rude or upset but i was disappointed with the outcome of we will offer you 10% off your next order. I wont be ordering again. Bad customer service.

Another great experience with Ambient Lounges. Replaced my dogs bed cover. Ive had the base for years and it's still in great condition. Except for the handle being chewed!

My Snowy loves his dog bed and the two covers that I got for him.

My German shepherd found it uncomfortable and wouldn’t lay or sleep on it. We ended up selling it on marketplace for $125. Reached out for assistance and they sold me more beans/filler and it was worse but when contacted again we never heard back. Our dog now loves his high quality memory foam baby mattress from Clark rubber which cost 1/3 of the price.

My cavalier puppy chewed a hole in 10 minutes. They are made with polystyrene tiny balls, nightmare when they get out and so bad for environment. They advertise as chew resistant.

Customer service was non existent and didn’t care.

Much better beds out there, would not recommend wasting your money on Ambient products.

I bought 2 butterfly chairs and an ottoman. They are truly the most comfortable chairs I have ever sat in. Visitors always comment on how comfortable they are.
I was worried my cat would scratch these chairs as he scratches other furniture I have. However these chairs have no interest for him. I think it's something about the way they are designed. The customer service of Ambient Lounge was wonderful - very friendly and personable.
I would like to buy some of their outdoor furniture in the future.

Product wise is a bit on the expensive side, but was able to keep them for more than 9 years now (bought 2xButterfly Sofa back in 2016) and so far so good.

I was able to 'clean' the sofa inside the washing machine a couple of times too.

I had been buying cheaper brands of dog bedding. All of which fell apart on their first wash. The cheaper brands mattress would sag, fall apart, and wasn’t functional at all.
I did the best thing I could have done and that was to buy an ambient lounge for our special boy. He’s 30kg and sleeps so sound on his bed. It keeps him warm in winter and cool in summer. I can wash it too. Stop wasting money on cheap brands or overpriced pet shop beds… these are the only dog bedding you’ll ever need. Buy once, and your done!! Highly recommended.

My dog loved her king size bed. Even when I tried to get her to sleep in my bed she wanted to sleep on the Ambient Lounge one.and when one of the zípers broke they sent me a few new ones. Unfortunately my dog passed 2 weeks ago and I had to hide the bed as it was triggering me a lot of memories 😪

But thanks Ambient Lounge for providing her comfort and convenience when she was alive.
