Depuis le 26 janvier 2026, plus d'accès à mon compte

Depuis le 26 janvier 2026, je n'ai plus accès à mon compte vendeur. Et après 505 messages (oui, vous avez bien lu), je suis toujours dans une boucle infernale. Rien n'y fait, toujours les mêmes questions, toujours les mêmes réponses.
Alors que dans tous ces échanges, un seul mail a bien compris mon problème, il s'est avéré dans ce courriel du 11 Mars 2026 que, je cite "Après analyse approfondie de votre dossier, nous avons pu identifier la cause racine du problème que vous rencontrez depuis le 31 janvier 2026 :
La fermeture de votre compte acheteur Amazon le 26 janvier 2026 a entraîné la suppression du lien entre votre compte acheteur et votre compte vendeur. En conséquence, lorsque vous tentez de vous connecter, vous êtes redirigée vers une page d'inscription plutôt que vers votre espace vendeur — ce qui correspond exactement à ce que vous nous avez décrit.
Malheureusement, cette action est irréversible : il n'est pas possible de rétablir le lien entre un compte acheteur fermé et un compte vendeur existant.
Dans cette situation :
> L'utilisateur principal du compte vendeur ne peut plus se connecter
> La seule solution disponible est de procéder à la fermeture de votre compte vendeur actuel et, si vous souhaitez continuer à vendre sur Amazon, d'en ouvrir un nouveau
Nous comprenons que cette situation est frustrante, d'autant plus qu'elle fait suite à de nombreux échanges depuis fin janvier. Nous nous engageons à ce que votre dossier soit traité dans les meilleurs délais."
J’ai eu une lueur d’espoir, enfin on a compris. Mais non, je continue la boucle infernale, Amazon vendeur ignore totalement ce mail et continue toujours dans des courriels de questions-réponses totalement irréelles !
Le comble de tout ça, est que l’on m’invite à me connecter dans mon compte vendeur pour rétrograder ou fermer mon compte, mais je n’ai définitivement pas accès à mon compte !!!!!!!!!!
Même Amazon APE (Siège Luxembourg) fait la sourde oreille ! J’ai signalé le problème à Compliance Central et le seul retour que j’ai eu est un autre courriel où on m’invite à « envoyer une capture d’écran en anglais pour une recherche approfondie » !!! Mais c’est quoi ça ? En anglais ? Mon contrat est sur Amazon Europe, alors tout est en français. Et quoi ? Je ne comprends pas ce nouveau message et il est impossible à ce stade de revenir en arrière dans nos échanges car leur demande de capture d’écran pour une « recherche » approfondie du problème d’accès à mon compte vendeur a été déjà faites à maintes reprises et ce, à partir du lundi 9 Février 2026 !
En attendant, je paie toujours un abonnement pour rien, je ne peux pas vendre mon livre et je passe ma vie à répondre en boucle aux questions déjà posées ! Je n’arrive même plus à me concentrer sur l’écriture de mon prochain bouquin !
Et il ignore totalement mes demandes de résiliation de mon contrat vendeur. C’est à devenir folle !!!!
A ce jour, rien n’y fait ! J’en ai vraiment marre !!!! C'est plus que frustrant et totalement inacceptable. Ce problème n'est toujours pas résolu. Amazon est un véritable cauchemar pour moi.

I'm a seller on the platform

I'm a seller on the platform. Sometimes I wonder why. Their customer support can never help you with any issue they refer you to other case logs that are already closed if you ask for a support you have to get a support scheduled to talk to a support agent upon scheduling three of these no support agent has ever called me back no supervisor support that has to be scheduled and you can schedule it but they won't call you back. In October of 2025 they did a reclassification it changed 35 of my items to the wrong category I had to argue with them to get them to see that the mistake it happened once arguing with it and I sent over an Excel sheet they sent it back and told me they didn't like my spacing and made me redo it we're supposed to be on the same team selling products and making money together I spend more time and support on this platform than I do any other platform. With no resolve and they get angry at you they hang up on you if you're on a phone call if you're an email they'll close the ticket before you're done if you don't reply back within 12 hours that will close the ticket I don't eat sleep and breathe Amazon I'm sorry and running a business through your platform it's horrible. Not counting the latency when you go to list and item if you type in how much something cost you have to wait several seconds before the number will even show up. They may be the one of the biggest companies out there but their customer support is horrible their platform is slow and laggy and nothing's being updated and the updates that they are doing with the reclassification screwed everybody up this Christmas and they don't care. It sucks here but I'm already established so what am I going to do now leave no. But to everybody coming on to Amazon as a seller there is no support they're worthless I don't care if they read this they are literally worthless you're lucky if you get somebody that can actually help you and if you get someone that can actually help you I hope they actually do most of these people don't even care to be at work good luck getting someone who speaks your language and is nice to you. I am not a happy seller on their platform I have no problems on any other platform just on Amazon and there's words that are trademarked that shouldn't even be trademarked and you can't use those words by the time they get done trademark and words you won't be able to list anything. And there's glitches in their system and I've tried to help them and Report those issues and nobody cares it's terrible. I hope someone truly reads this whole review I hope the owner of Amazon reads it because your service is terrible. I found countless glitches your team won't even help address them I'm tired of trying to help you when Amazon falls apart come back to this message and remember I tried to tell you. Some other companies going to come along and they're going to wipe you off the face of the map and Amazon's going to be a past memory because of the way you treat your sellers and your lack of care and empathy for them will fall back on you eventually and it will compromise your entire company. And this massive layoff that you're going to do I can feel it in your support team. Lots of them don't even care to do their job I just was an Amazon support just a moment ago about a product I listed yesterday that when you click on it it says it's active but it takes it Amazon and there's no listing there on the phone call no one can help me I did a chat message and they told me to refer back to the phone call message and to do what it said there's nothing in that message you want to talk about some lazy Associates go call Amazon support that's all they got.

Trouble with Amazon’s double-check system

I am a seller on Amazon Seller Central and I am currently unable to access my account because I no longer have access to the registered phone number. I have already requested an update of my contact number following the indicated procedure; however, the stated timeframe of 1 to 2 business days has already expired, and so far I have not received any response or update regarding the status of the process.

I have all the account information (email address, CPF, CNPJ, and registered account details). I have already completed the two-step verification process, contacted Amazon support, and waited for the informed timeframe to receive an email with further instructions; however, up to this moment, I have not received any response or resolution.

The lack of response from support is preventing access to my account and is directly harming my operations and sales.

I urgently request manual account verification and the restoration of access, in accordance with Amazon’s own procedures.

I’m really sorry you’re going through this. Losing access to your Seller Central account; especially when you’ve followed every step correctly, is exhausting, stressful and damaging to your business.

What you’re describing isn’t a lack of effort on your side. It’s a breakdown in Amazon’s verification and follow-up process, and unfortunately, sellers often get stuck in this exact situation even when all documentation is valid and complete.

We see cases like this regularly; phone number changes, two-step verification loops, and “wait for the email” instructions that never materialize. When that happens, the issue usually isn’t the data itself, but how (and where) the case is being reviewed internally.

At this point, the goal isn’t to submit the same request again and hope for a different outcome; it’s to escalate the case correctly, with the right framing and evidence, so it reaches a team that can actually unlock the account.

Alex Williams did a fantastic job!

From beginning to end, working with Alex Williams from Amazon Seller Agency was wonderful. He was very professional and true to his word in everything he said and did. He was easy to reach and always answered his phone when I called. However, when phone calls were necessary, he was the one that always called me to keep things progressing. If he personally didn't have an answer to a question that I had, he made sure that I promptly got to talk to his manager. The whole process was pretty smooth, from beginning to end and everything seemed to move through pretty quickly. I signed the contract with Amazon Seller Agency on October 9th, 2025 and on November 21st, 2025 I had a book for sale on Amazon! I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to publish a book
