They smashed the final bottle available, so lost a star
Ordered a bottle of champagne, received a order confirmation and email telling me it would be transferred to the warehouse and sent to me. Shortly after received an email that the last bottle had been smashed. Refunded. I can't fault the communications, but clearly 5 stars can't be earned from this experience.
