Absolute bunch of criminals AVOID!!!

I brought a forever rose collection and my child got a tiny stain on it before it was to be presented to my partner for Xmas very soon, as it's velvet I carefully tried to clean it off to no avail.

I contacted this company and spent 7 days going back and forth to be told this in the end.

" We will not send an empty box and god knows how much we will charge you to fix it, but send it back and we will decide a price that works for us, or you can throw that entire thing away and buy another one "

That's the level of quality customer service you will get from this Faux designer outlet, fast to take your money but even faster to leave in the dark when an issue arrises.

I will never shop with a business that pretends to be a mark of distinction when in fact it's just over priced con men who don't want you to see their wax mess inside the flower bed base.

Save your money and use a firm that cares about more than your amex card number.

After searching online for a next day Christmas wreath, I got a direct link to Amarante’s Gotenburg Wreath which said next day delivery, I ordered and then received an email to say the order will take a week and they wouldn’t let me cancel. I had to buy elsewhere and pay for this order as well which arrived too late for our party. A waste of money and foliage! FALSE ADVERTISING, but elsewhere for less

Delivery was very fast, and the product was perfect and couldn’t have been received better. Definitely worth it.

Good product. Knew what I was buying and had the confidence to know it will be delivered as requested. Have purchased before.

I ordered a large expensive corporate wall of fresh flowers with this company. The wall came only with faux flowers and many were old not new stock. We complained and it has taken months for them to reply and they basically told us to go away in so many words.

Please be careful with this business, get what you order in writing as they promised the world and delivered us a very under par product considering the price.

Please note their flower walls are not fresh flowers even though that's how they talk about them during the sales period.

If they had found the courtesy to not make us wait months for a reply I would not have posted this but their customer care is as bad as their flower quality.

The wife loved the flowers, great customers service and dispatch time definitely recommended and will purchase again!
