It’s is not registered in the UK even though it’s showing in ££.
Bad quality items and when asked to return, all returns are to Canada.. nowhere on the website it pre warns that you will have to pay for the return even if it’s the incorrect size.
Be very careful. I would avoid all all costs.

Total shambles; initially two week delay in delivery and then after only being able to email (they cannot even phone out) the next day we received a garment that was totally wrong in every respect apart from colour. There were no labels for return and no information in the package to say where we should send item.
With statements like "we don't know which courier service we used for your garment", it hardly imbues confidence that you are dealing with a Company who know what they are doing.
AND to add further insult, we had to return the garment to CANADA at our expense. Draw your own conclusions.
We've requested FULL refund.
As an update GIVEN that we were sent the totally WRONG item; to get a FULL REFUND we have to send the item back to CANADA !! At a COST of £27.00, for which early indications are, they will not reimburse.
Also despite repeated requests for a manager to register our complaint, the spurious response is that they "cannot verify " their own managers, and so cannot supply details.

At this moment in time I would not rate this company even the one star above. It is of course easy to navigate buying their products but that is where it ends. The actual quality and sizing is a joke, and trying to get in contact with them to request a refund is an absolutely a joke. The product is terrible it was suppose to be a man's linen jacket extra large size. It is more like a shirt and it fits me I am a woman size 8. Whatever you do do not use this company I think there is something off about it as there should be an easy way to print a return label,

Updating as they are asking people to leave reviews for a refund. Then they say oh no sorry we cant do that. Item hasn't arrived. Shipping is taking too long.

AVOID AMARAE – wrong size sent, terrible customer service and an unresolved return

One star only because zero stars is not available.

I ordered Amarae Orthopedic Shoes with Heel in a UK women’s size 7 for a particular occasion. Amarae sent me shoes clearly marked size 35. I submitted photographic evidence, and their representatives acknowledged the incorrect size in several emails. They even offered to send a replacement. However, they later contradicted themselves and claimed that they could not fully verify the problem from the photographs.

What should have been a simple return became an exhausting chain of emails. Instead of taking responsibility, Amarae repeatedly offered partial refunds and vouchers, including 10% and 30% refunds with various discount codes, while expecting me to keep shoes that did not fit. I clearly rejected these offers and specifically told them never to offer me another discount or voucher. They still repeated the same unwanted offer again.

By the time they offered a replacement, the occasion for which I purchased the shoes had already passed, so I requested a full refund.

Amarae eventually said I could receive £55.99 back only after returning the shoes by tracked international postage to a warehouse in Canada. They refused to provide a prepaid return label, free collection or advance payment of the postage. They also provided no written promise to reimburse the international return cost and refused to refund the additional £2.95 insured-shipping charge.

This is despite Amarae’s own published refund policy stating that the company covers return shipping expenses when an incorrect item is supplied. They also referred me to Section 24 of their Terms of Service to defend their position, even though Section 24 concerns changes to their terms and is not their return policy.

Their website uses a .uk domain, displays prices in pounds and appears to serve UK customers. I certainly did not expect to be instructed to pay for an international return to Canada when the company—not the customer—sent the wrong size.

I still have the unused shoes and remain willing to return them through a cost-free return arrangement. Because Amarae refused to provide one, I was forced to raise a dispute with American Express.

To make matters worse, while the complaint remains completely unresolved, Amarae apparently closed the support conversation and had the audacity to send me a “How did we do?” satisfaction survey.

My experience with this company has been appalling: incorrect goods, delays, contradictory responses, repeated unwanted voucher offers, refusal to cover international return postage and no satisfactory resolution.

I deeply regret ordering from Amarae. Please research this company and its international return arrangements carefully before purchasing. Based on everything I experienced, I strongly recommend avoiding Amarae.
