The product itself - suede shoes - was ok but too big. Plus they just didn’t look good on me. They advertised as no questions asked 30 day money back guarantee. But do they reply to their emails ?? Of course not. It’s been days since I wrote asking for their return procedure but no reply whatsoever. My advice - don’t buy unless you are 100% sure you want them and are prepared not to be able to send anything back nor be able to contact customer service.

Synthetic-plastic shoe, not what is advertised. Trying to get my full refund as is their policy but they are only offering me 30% back. DO NOT purchase from this website. Very false and misleading brand.

You’re not supporting a local, Perth-based boutique if you think you are. Shocking quality, shoes arrived flattered and creased, in a plastic bag not a shoebox - there’s a first! They smell horrendous, like toxin glue and cheap fabric. Don’t waste your money.

I am incredibly disappointed with my experience with Amalia & Julie. They market themselves in a way that makes you believe you are supporting an Australian brand, but my order was shipped entirely from China. Worse yet, the clothes look nothing like the beautiful photos shown on their website. The quality is incredibly poor, and it feels like a completely different, cheap item. Do not fall for their marketing—this is a complete waste of money.
