I am extremely disappointed with the recent purchase I made from Amala earth via order no #AE240342 on 19/06/2024. I ordered a set of socks specifically because they were advertised as having cushioning at the bottom. However, what I received was completely different from what was described.

When I contacted customer service to address this issue and request a replacement, I was met with a refusal. Their unwillingness to correct their mistake is not only frustrating but also highlights a major flaw in their customer service policy. It is unacceptable to mislead customers with false product descriptions and then refuse to make it right when the mistake is pointed out.

This experience has been highly unsatisfactory and has caused me to lose trust in Amala earth. I strongly advise others to be cautious when purchasing from this company, as their product descriptions cannot be trusted and their customer service is unhelpful when problems arise. I will not be making any future purchases from them and will be sharing this experience with friends and family to ensure they avoid similar issues.

i bought an 'Herbal Strategi herbal housefly repellent'.i don't think it is an housefly repellent..wastage of money..

Save your time, money and sanity and do not buy anything from this website or app. They have an extremely poor customer service, bad products and an inconvenient return/ exchange policy. I have been trying to contact their customer support and they are not responsive at all. Exchange needs to happen within 7 days but there is no system of initiating exchange. The customer support team has taken more than 7 days to communicate with me. I strongly do not recommend this company.

i have mistakenly ordered wrong size for mattress while contacting them they did not change the size and it was complete waste of my 3000rs.

Hello I have ordered mutki style glass but I have received only one pl.guide only one glass is worth rs.1000 I have already paid but only one glass received and in picture you are showing six glasses so I thought it must be six for one glass you are. Charging Rs.1000 is very costly if I want to return what is the procedure pl.guide

I bought "Tiny snooze Organic Cotton Baby Pillow & Bolsters" from this website. I thought Amala Earth had genuine products. The product description has all the catchy words like "GOTS certified organic cotton fabric" bla bla. and the price is on the higher side But this is a cheap quality product with low-grade synthetic filling and fillings are coming out from the outer fabric.

Made an order of devotional item two months back. Product was never recieved, no tracking given by them and when i told them to refund the money they just keep on stalling. Now they have blocked my number. Scamsters

The feel of two mulmul dohars received is nowhere near mulmul, and not even give the feel of pure cotton. Wanted to return, but told by customer service that these are non returnable, though the site says easy returns within Seven days. Will never buy from them again !!

Sending bad quality products with out checking. Remember you are not giving the products freely to accept any thing you sent.

Over priced products. Same product, same brand is sold here for 288 rs and in Zepto I got it delivered for 54rs. Huge price difference. Can’t trust amala earth.

The quilt had lot of lint's and uncut threads in it.. I ordered this for my husband who is suffering from long covid and he had a hard time with this..

Had to wash it and then use it. .. pl dont take this as a complaint.

Apart from this, the quilt is very soft and nice.

Exchange is given to purchase the same item, it must be given to purchase any other alternative item.

The size shown in picture is bigger but actual delivery is of a smaller size. I am very disappointed

They are over priced . Better to get those products from their website directly . They deliver all products seperatly . And there is no option to read reviews or write reviews of the products. Because man products are low quality . Non refund /return

Overpriced ,False delivery times stated on website. unhelpful customer service. Its ridiculous to call yourself an eco-friendly company when each item comes packaged and shipped seperately, that too at long shipping wait times

Terrible service. Plan to write all over social media. Customer experience is pathetic. Yet to get refund nor has product been taken back.
