Great service and very supportive staff
Al Zowar Travel organized our successful Ramadan 2025 Umrah. Their staff especially Brother Mustapha were very helpful throughout the process. Inspite of the many challenges the experience was a very fulfilling one and I won't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Would recommend for Umrah & Hajj trips!
I reached out to 3-4 different agencies and spent a week doing research before deciding on AL Zohar Travel.
At first, I was hesitant to go with this agency, mainly because I had concerns about being scammed. Since I had never used an agency before and was booking the trip alone, I wanted to be cautious.
I worked with Ahmed and chose them because of their prompt responses and the reassurance they provided regarding all of my concerns.
I booked everything through them, including the visa, flights, hotels, transportation, and Ziyarat trips.
Ahmed even checked in with me a couple of times via WhatsApp during my trip to make sure everything was going well.
I've already recommended this agency to my friends and family and would definitely use them again.

Although my Umrah trip didn’t go ahead…
Although my Umrah trip didn’t go ahead in the end due to personal circumstances, I still wanted to leave a review to recognise the amazing service I received from Warda at Al Zowar Travel.
From the very beginning, Wardah was kind, patient, and incredibly professional. I requested multiple changes and explored various options over several conversations — yet not once did she show frustration or try to rush me. She remained calm, courteous, and genuinely tried her best to accommodate every need.
It's rare to find someone who can maintain such a high standard of service even when a booking doesn’t go through, and for that alone, Warda deserves recognition. May Allah reward her for her patience and professionalism.

JazakAllah Khair to Adam for organizing the perfect Umrah trip for us. He took care of absolutely everything—flights, hotels, transport, and even food—making our journey completely stress-free. My mum was initially nervous since we were traveling without our father for the first time, but Adam’s kindness, patience, and reassurance gave her the confidence to go ahead. He listened to all our requests (even though we were quite picky!) and went above and beyond to meet every requirement, exceeding all expectations.
What truly stood out was his continuous support—he kept checking in throughout our trip to make sure everything was going smoothly and asked if we needed anything or if anything could be improved. Most favourable Umrah Travel Agent
Booking my family package on Umrah trip with Al Zowar Travel was a great experience, they are reliable, flexible in terms of instalment payment plans, there frequent communication left no stone on turn, they are very supportive from the beginning to the end of our trip.
